  1. I thought it might've been the expansion chamber but didn't have an idea how to access it! Once again, thank you for your help Onizuka!
  2. No I haven't, as it happens. But I do have the G&P Kit installed. After the last game I emptied the G&P tank and removed it from the stock, with the intention of using the filling tips mentioned above and I left it outside of the shotgun for a week. I replaced the tank and it began hissing badly, so I assumed it was the joint between the stock kit and the m870 (this was the case when I first installed the stock kit, so I treated the orings and it was fine afterwards). I checked the join between the kit and the m870 but it's still hissing - but as my original post it sounds like its
  3. My M870 has developed a leak, but it doesn't sound like it's coming from the stock - more so it sounds like it's coming from inside the body. Has anyone experienced this before?
  4. I don't suppose anyone is looking to part with their Vortex Sparc?

If the price is right ... :P

  5. UK Airsoft Friends ^_^b -- Would anyone be interested in a TM Recoil Shock (or clone/KWA) Midcap day? Might have to supplement numbers with GBB rifle owners.

There is one organised on the TM Recoil facebook group, seen that?

Funny enough one of my friends mentioned that. Let me check as I'm not sure I'm on the correct TM Recoil group!

There are 2, think it's on the larger.

  6. For the full size M870 owners out there, G&P has another take on the tactical stock gas kit! http://www.gp-web.com/en/productspop.php?pid=3809
  7. Mine overhops .25s as well - was going to suggest .3s or heavier, but at CQB ranges (10ms or there abouts) the ammo is weight is moot.
  8. Good luck to all prospective new owners! Has anyone fitted the G&P railed forearms? Just wondering if the installation tool is mandatory or if a good toolbox can handle it instead? I couldn't find any installation videos, but if anyone does have one I'd love to see it. Thanks!
  9. Quick question - to TM870 owners or anyone in the know. If I want to the magazine tube cap out, are there any ACM or clone options? Don't want the nipple/sling ring thing on mine.

The sling-eyelet on the magazine tube cap is held in place with an e-clip, it should come off with minimal persuasion.

      Thanks! I'll take a look! :)

  10. I guess it just makes sense to remove the magazine when trying to clear these jams so that more BBs aren't simply added. Quick Q for other M870 owners -- for those of you that have chopped down the tactical length outer barrel, any special requirements or just saw it off? Cheers!
  11. If you get a partial racking action, remove the shell and (safely, i.e. don't do it in the safe zone) try the trigger. Sometimes the action picks up more BBs than intended or whatever reason and it seems to stick. Firing should force the BBs out (keep firing until no more BBs are chambered) and then you can re-insert the shell and continue as before. Don't try to clear the action by firing with a shell magazine still in the gun! As long as there is no shell loaded, you can keep firing and it shouldn't cause any further damage - all you're doing is clearing any BBs in the nozzle. It's actu
  12. Just to confirm, for TM/WE Glocks (17/18 anyway) you'll want a RS Glock 20/21 Serpa. Not sure about the Glock 22, though. Not owned a holster for that yet -- in any case, this tidbit only applies to Black Serpas.
  13. It seems to easily overhop .25s already - I think it could take .3g BBs quite easily and the range would surprise many!
  14. Buying a TM MP7. After this I am calling it quits... I DARE the airsoft gods to put another gun in front of me now! haha... oh god, what have I done..!

About that --- I have a stag do on the 19th!!! I'm a dumbass! I can't make the gas day now. :/ dohhhhh Well better drown my sorrows in booze. A small consolation. Haha I will have it this weekend, with a bit of luck - going to the Mall on Sunday if anyone is interested?

As far as the breacher, I already have the full size M870 tactical complete with the G&P sliding stock kit. I can't justify two shotguns, so the breacher off the cards. Phew! :)

I know... :( It's starting to get to the point where I am considering having the barrel chopped on the M870 tactical to bring it down to breacher length.

  15. Having skirmished the HK45 about 5 or 6 times now, I'm pleased to report the pistol is holding up very well. I'm struggling to think of any negatives on this, especially versus the Glock 18 I have. The slide reinforcements are certainly working so there is no slide stop wear at all. It kicks harder than the Glock and the gas capacity is excellent - as good as expected from a double stack mag. Happy to answer any questions prospective buyers might have.
  16. Received my G&P kit yesterday, field testing tomorrow! The upper fill valve is very convenient. Got myself a gas charger dummy grenade to use with it, am very much looking forward to seeing how it performs.
  17. The buttpad falling off was a nightmare for me. Even though I pinched the removal levers as recommended, all it takes during a game is it to snag slightly on anything and it'll come off. Resolved by putting on a buttstock cheek rest but far from ideal. Hope the sliding stock kit (AG or G&P) is sturdy, as this will hopefully eliminate the buttstock pad issues --- without introducing new ones (fingers crossed)!
  18. As much capacity as two of the original tanks? OK I'm starting to really like the AG kit...!
  19. My wheel was very stiff at first, but now it's easy to use. :-) Not handled a PX4, but deffo am in love with my HK45!
  20. I agree - it definitely kicks harder than my other stock pistols and the slide cycles just as fast as (what I would consider the benchmark) Hi-Capa 4.3. The feature I like the most is the ability to adjust the hop without having to field strip the pistol. Just remove the mag, lock the slide back and there's a small adjustment wheel underneath the barrel. Very handy!
  21. It better do, as that's where my NextGen Spectre will go once I can get one!!
  22. Joining the club tomorrow - can't wait!
