  1. What about multi lanes going into a single lane? Probably the worst analogy since that is how jam city IRL happens with cars, but I'm thinking more like how Surefire mags casket magazines work where you have two double stack springs feeding into one double stack slot.
  2. Yeah I did, used a Blue Force Gear VCAS two point sling on it, it works pretty well but obviously not as ideal as an AR single point. It's easy enough to transition between slinging it on the back, to a more flexible "around the neck" method where I can switch shoulders without switching hands. A sling option that you speak of would also benefit in holding the dumb plate in place as well, should hopefully see some products for it.
  3. I'd say novelty, a small psychological intimidation perhaps, but if we don't take the 3000 round yet to be release drum mag into account, the 31 shot (93 bbs) per mag limit is pretty game balancing, you could only suppress the enemy for so long when you only get that many shots before having to reload. I did get 3 kills at a cluster of people from a good 25-30m away with 3-4 shot in semi, I could see that one of the kills were from the wide spread instead of the "aimed" shot (I sort of assume the centre barrel is where the "aimed shot" go. I really hope someone will make a drum mag t
  4. Right, came back from my first game with the AA12, shot one person in the face / beard from maybe 3 meters, who happily proclaimed "I APPROVE THAT AA12", then moments later, shot another person, again in the face, who walking off really ###### off while being confrontational about it, which was kinda annoying, put a face mask on if you don't like being shot in the face in a CQB site, it's 250 fps. Speaking of which, it's also tricky to chrono due to it being a trishot, but I was allowed to use it anyway once that was established. My biggest complaint about this gun is that the buttplate
  5. Found a random Russian mount that came with a Zenit Klesh light, seems to work perfectly with this! Bringing it to a game this weekend, let's hope I don't get kick off the site.
  6. Yeah maybe it's just a move by one of the shops to try to gather more traffic, and like people have mentioned, you're likely to get mags with it which they'll make a bit of money back even if gun was sold at break even / loss. Usually what Firesupport is asking for is pretty standard. Asian shop price + shipping + vat or import duty (Asian total) = UK local price - 10% - local shipping So Airsoftworld's offer is indeed very odd at 85% of Asian total before shipping.
  7. Don't think your comment was directed at me, but for what it's worth me mentioning eHobby was more from a consumer standpoint, what profit Landwarrior doesn't really concern me, and right now, if Airsoftworld is really doing it for £345, that's beating price of importing only one item from Asia by a good amount if everything was done properly, since Echigoya is selling it for $395 + at least $85 in shipping, at £335, unless you somehow got away with ransome charge and import duty, even Echigoya can't compete with that figure.
  8. RWA Nighthawk steel 1911 with machined rs Heinie tritium sights, stainless threaded insert (to match this two tone oddness), grey Magpul grip panels!
  9. Maybe that's why he didn't name it, because said retailer might turn out to be Zero One
  10. If we took the eHobby price it's actually not too unreasonable. If everything was done officially, the import cost is probably worse than Airsoft World. £278 ($420 x 95% = $399 ) + £63 ($90 shipping) + £13.50 (Parcel Ransom Charge) + £55.6 (20% Duty / VAT) : £410.10 That's using Google rates, when paying through PayPal, that's likely going to increase with their conversation rates. Good to see a UK retailer being competitive with Asia by offering £345.
  11. Yey, got mine today, very impressed so far, the plastic doesn't have the TM creak, slightly rear heavy and gives a nice jolt when shooting.
  12. I just clicked into the picture and saw this.... Thanks Photobucket, I'd take one of each.
  13. I must annoy you a tiny bit that you have 3 shell ejecting shotguns that use 3 different types of shells
  14. There's also the issue of consistency between manufacturers, some people might have a stock 6.08 ACM inner barrel, then upgrade to a well made expensive 6.01 tight bore, which might give better grouping than their 6.08, leading them to think the diameter is what made the difference, but could simply be because the original one was poorly made. Richard are you keeping one or are you butchering both? Something about that gearbox looks like a BAR...
  15. I'm 90% sure they are compatible, I can test it out for you since I have both lying around for my GHK.
  16. I already feel that I want to buy the shell off you so I can get mine hydrodipped while still having the option to go back to black..!
  17. I got the notification email from them this morning as well! They'd run out of mags for me to order by the time I placed my order
  18. Yeah we definitely don't want the RD to come with it unless it's by a company that has lots of experience with clone RDs (which RA-Tech is not), but as long as real steel RD / Madbull RD / real steel sight adapters would fit... I'd be happy that it just comes with no optics.
  19. Okay, I'm sorry what I wrote wasn't easily understand, but to prove that I have no issue with this gun, I've defended it on the news thread saying that this is no worse than any normal AEG with high rof, I've even bought one from Echigoya which is on its way. "This would make a nice winter gun" "Yeah tell that you the person you shoot at" "lol yeah won't be a nice winter gun for them" That's meant to be it, I'm sorry it bothered you, but perhaps if you weren't sure you could have just said "why? Do you think this gun is too much?" instead of looking up meme images of a weeping cha
  20. Jesus... I really don't think any of that is called for. I have been playing airsoft for over 15 years, I really don't feel like I need to prove that I understand being hit is part of the game. I would like to apologies for my badly phrased joke, it's simply the same as "wow nice gun, I would not like to be on the receiving end" type of comment, if it means you'll forever think I, some randomer on the internet, cannot tolerate being hit by airsoft BBs, that's okay by me, but could we just end it at that? I really don't feel that any of that was necessary.
  21. Pretty sure I was joking, but okay.
  22. At least that's a real answer, unlike "Thanks for your suggestion, we will pass the message to our design team". Would Angry Gun be the next people to ask?
  23. Tell that to the person you shoot with this gun, on the knuckle, during winter....
  24. What kind of batteries did you test it with? Wondering if their "smart" FET business will effect the usage of non nihm batteries that the Japanese still seem to love so much.
  25. https://youtu.be/kuBPL81DbLU?t=189 They probably had a point, if the link above works, you can see that he pushed the little shark's fin charging handle forward before shooting, and is not spring loaded due to it being open bolt.
