  1. I wouldn't say hot... more like.. lukewarm, sort of like comfortable drinking temperature.. for those with sensitive tongues..
  2. Because living in a country with no Walmart or Walmart shotguns... I don't know the hierarchy of the Remington 870 models in the coolness scale amongst civilians... I just liked the look of it so I decided to build it as such... http://www.remington.com/products/firearms/shotguns/model-870/model-870-express-tactical.aspx *also because the TM 870 already has the same rail and ghost sight as the express tactical.. Man, your comment has saddened me, I'll go cry now.
  3. For the 2 people who care (probably very little as well), Wii-tech HK has produced a tube extension that is more accurate to the Remington Express Tactical version than any other brand so far (but not perfect). Wii-Tech: The screw cap is wrong, where as the G&P version's screw cap is closer to correct in that the knurling are strips as oppose to diamonds as seen in this version. G&P: Real one seen below: So far I've got the Remington express tactical tube clamp, the screw (I had to buy the screw from else where, dafuq?), the breacher choke, the wii-tech extensio
  4. Hadn't realised you did that, there's actually space for it in there, if you looked at the bad picture of the one I made, you can just about see the white connector on the top of the black plug. I'll see if I could get my friend who I made the battery for to take a picture from that angle.
  5. Video I made when I sold my crane stock showing the buyer how to install the batteries, tamiya's because of buyer request, the battery plug was modded and glued to the butt plate to hide wires.
  6. *Off Topic* Bunnyworkshop, based in Hong Kong, they mainly specialise in GBBs and custom work, they've got a mill, lathe, welder and a CNC machine on the pipeline, it's mainly ran by one guy who does most of the custom work, and 2-3 others to help him, they only really sell stuff they're interested in. They do custom kydex holster as well, I had one made for my XDM + Surefire X300, gave them the spec and got the holster in 2 weeks, fits well.
  7. Thanks, I was really confused as your comment was inside the quote box... took me ages to realise what was going on. I'm actually about to make a few more for a friend, but this time I'm not going to make a 2600 mah version, but the same ones you mention, in fact, I'm never making 2600 mah ones, it's just a pain, everything has to be absolutely perfect for it to fit into the stock. Also now that I have a 3D printer, I should really look into crafting my own battery connectors instead of having to recycle old ones... which is either time consuming or expensive (for people who wanted to mak
  8. Just came back from a game, it does work pretty well, although it's hardly fair as a Hong Kong winter is about 20c at the moment. Actually, did you guys get the small speed loader adapter with your UMPs? It's like a 10x10x15mm lid that goes over the mag, I found that with that adapter I was able to load the mags pretty easily, I didn't try it before and resorted to using the normal thing that swings out.
  9. Yeah, I just manage to load 26 into my mag as an experiment, and sacairsoftsn00py you owe me a right index finger, I don't think I can use mine for a while.
  10. It's definitely pretty tough, I'd say tougher than the G5 mags... especially after 20 rounds.
  11. I finally got one, got it off Bunnyworkshop and they did it for a pretty good price including the top rail and suppressor, they also offered to fix all the mags for me upon purchasing them... but I am genuinely surprised by the performance, kicks super hard for such a small gun, even with the valve release set forward, wonder how well it'd work in the cold when I get back to the UK though, but all in all, I'm really happy with it so far.
  12. HOLY poopoo these are awesome, nice job klh31

  14. Kojak you need to hide that room behind a mechanical bookcase...
  15. I'd definitely buy one instead of saw one, you can't un-saw something if you feel like going back to old school long barrel look, and you can't buy a long barrel at the moment but a $45 usd spare short barrel will allow you to have both options!
  16. It's cool, there are two toilets, the other one is more obvious and I'll lock this toilet
  17. Internet man coming to install fiber optics tomorrow and I'm not home... so... yeah. *could you imagine if my tap malfunctions all day when I'm out tomorrow.
  18. Aww thanks guys. When my system is back online I better get my bum back on the AR stock tube gas tank project asap, I need my next feel-special fix now that G&P's ruined it.
  19. Are you going to turn it into an AMD 63?
  20. Skirmished on Sunday with the 870, or should I say, I brought it along with me and that's about it, for some reason just as pointed out by onizuka-gto, it's no longer holding charge, it used to be fine on green even on a hotter day, but yesterday was around 14c, no luck, both tanks were venting few seconds in, got about 10 shots and then it was empty.
  21. Do you think you can braze / solder the gaps instead of relying on their crappy seals?
  22. How did you seal them at the end?
  23. It doesn't look brand new anymore, but for those who followed, here's the end result of my custom made shell holder.
  24. Umm thanks for the tips, I think I'll save myself the pain and JB it on as you recommended
