    WTF?

so my sig says that my pic was too big "AGAIN". Erm, i have not been warned about a pic being too large before so i dont know where "AGAIN" has come from. Also, surely a PM from a moderator would've been enough to allow me to change it of my own accord (as i am an adult and capable of sensible actions) to coincide with forum rules. But no, i have a warning from an unknown mod who decided to remove my picture and chastise me like a child. That is rude. Darkchild
  3. And its the first thing i'll be buying when i get back from Canada! Damn, the next 6 weeks can not go past quickly enough. Darkchild
  4. nice gear Bamse, nice to see some molle stuff that isnt a CIRAS these days. Darkchild
  5. cancel my initial burst of enthusiastic requests, i found it myself
  6. i want that handguard too! What does B&T stand for? Do they have a site? Darkchild
  7. i was referring to the holster, to me thigh rig means anything you strap to your thigh. Darkchild
  8. sorry to threadjack but dont thigh rigs with one leg strap wobble about? I dont know as i use double strapped rigs but it seems to me like they would be very annoying. Darkchild
  9. @Titliest: (puts on least gay voice he can muster) damn you have chunky legs! You should be a rugby player. Darkchild
  10. @n00bTard: thanks, thats just what i wanted! Darkchild
  11. this week there's been a big call up for Telic 9 so if i'm extra unlucky i will have to go twice over the next 2 years. I want to go to Afghan instead. Darkchild
  12. something i'll need to remember on Telic 10 next year, no doubt I hate Iraq now, it was much less dangerous when we were just attacking the place. Sorry, i meant "liberating" the place. Darkchild
  13. yes there is shouting, and pain. Lots of pain. But you get to shoot real guns at people in sunny locales such as Afghanistan and Iraq (well not so much Iraq any more, you tend to just get blown up over there these days) Darkchild
  14. anyone got a pic of a G36C with a mini mosquito launcher mounted? Darkchild
  15. Doc, why the hell don't you just join the army? Your loadout is picture perfect of an average infantryman. Darkchild
  16. SA80s were upgraded by HK as part of their midlife enhancement program. Plus they now have HK trades all over them. +1 please! Darkchild
  17. no i'm not thinking of the Russian cartridge, i got the NATO one wrong. Thanks you for correcting me.
  18. beautiful, there's just something about 7.62mm weapons. Darkchild
  19. I was thinking of the XL65, which kinda looked like an EM-2. Darkchild
  20. i thought the EM2 was being tested with a 4.85mm round. Darkchild
  21. no, the AK round is a 7.62mmx39mm, whereas the NATO round is 7.62mmx54mm. the difference is in cartridge size and amount of propellant used. Darkchild
  22. hi, just thought i'd post a couple pics of my loadout as it currently stands. Not going for any particualr look, just what works for me. I added the dump pouch yesterday as broken mags are getting me down (don't matter anyway as i'm buying 8 midcaps next month ) Next week my holster will change as i finally get one to fit my SOCOM! now there's only a more powerful battery, a tightbore barrel, a grenade launcher, a dynatech grenade, a flat top rail, radio pouch and 8 midcaps to buy Darkchild
  23. ooh, keep us posted on how it performs. As i seem to be the only person around here without some form of CIRAS, RAV, whatever i feel behind the times! so i might look into getting one mself (you know, keeping up with the trends and all) Darkchild
  24. the most terrifying weapon in any man's arsenal is his *beep*. EDIT: this stupid censor won't even let you write P.U.S.S.Y! Darkchild
  25. yep, i use an RIS sling loop for the front and a keyring for the rear, works a treat. Darkchild
