Are you referring to the hypalon rig? If so, I made it myself since I'm a custom kit tailor.

Low profile laser cut hypalon chest rig. The shock cord is more adjustable than the traditional X or H harness and also allows the rig to be comfortably worn at different heights.

A friend of mine wanted a daysack, which could attach to the side of a PLCE bergen via zips.

A customer provided me with a MOLLE Belt Sleeve (made by British Tactical). He wanted a SADF Niemoller-esque harness, which I had to make, added. I had to unstitch the top edge of the belt and rebind after sewing the harness in place. Original belt sleeve (but in multicam): Finished mod:

Clamshell utility pouch with front pouch. Internally, there're two dividers: the taller one on the back has 1" elastic internally for pens, etc. The shorter one on the front has 2" elastic on the front.

The usual 2x Double magazine and 3x utility pouches setup but with a twist: the double magazine pouches are sewn onto a panel, similar to the kangaroo pockets you get on plate carriers. This pocket accepts a velcro insert so that I can carry my L9A1 near my waist, which I prefer. Urgh, UCP, I know. It came with the knife but I will replace it once I have more time to make a new MTP sheath.

I'm using this for EDC when on duty and range days so I kept it nice and simple to keep the daysack light. It has side mesh pockets exteriorly to hold bottles or a light waterproof, etc. Internally, it has a zipped mesh pocket on the front panel to hold beret, wallet etc when I need to empty my pockets for whatever reasons. It also has compression straps.
