I got my G&P Ranger sorted. There was a broken bb blocking the feed tube. Thing is shooting like a champ.

Can we get the contact number you used? or email address? It looks like I will need to tear mine down and work out the problem.

Has anyone seen a take down guide for these guns? Mine has stopped firing and while probably not a big I don't want ot tear it down without some ideas on complexity. Note: It sounds like everything is fine, the mag is working but it won't chamber any rounds.

I agree with Hillslam. We won't know the full story for some time yet. My G&P 249 is shooting like a champ but I only have about 12,000 rounds through it. I had to rebuild the box mag after my own mistake letting dirt drop in and locking the mechanism. Fortunately the parts from another hi cap were adequate since you can't currently get a replacement mag for these. Hopefully these will catch on and we will see more accessories come available and more use in the field. All things considered, I love this gun and it has made Airsoft more fun than ever. I have had a LOT o

I munged my autowinder. During play this weekend something got in it and locked the gears. I took it apart with the mainspring wound tight. As sometimes happens it sprung at the worst time and I am missing a couple of parts. Anti-Reverse spring and a little wheel inside the bay the lkept the bb's out of the mech. I will try to scrounge from another high cap so I can return it to service but in the meantime has anyone seen additional boxmags available for this gun? I looked at the Mag brand boxmag and it looked VERY similar in design. Does anyone know if it will work on the G&am

First day skirmishing was outstanding. I burned about 6,000 rounds and really enjoyed it. It shot like a champion. The thing that really stood out was the distinct fwump-fwump-fwump it made. I received a lot of comments on it and everyone knew when it was engaged. I did have trouble with the auto-winder on the magazine. As the battery was wearing thin it started spinning out and dropping the loaded rounds. I am hoping it was just related to the battery life. Fortunately it was the last game of the day and I was completely worn out from carrying the thing all day.

I did some shooting with my G&P M249 and it was awesome!!! I haven't shot any 249's before so I can't compare but I can say this one exceeded my expectations. The power was very impressive. I will try to chrono it soon. The included box mag fed very well. I put 1500 rounds out in no time. This is odd for me since that many would usually last me all day with my G3's. The gun is very solid and feels like it can take a beating. It was really exciting walking rounds in and feeling how smooth it fires. When I got it I had no intention of putting any optics on it bu

I got the G&P 249. The thing is a brute. It is extremely solid. Is there anything I need to do after shooting it? Does the main spring remaing compressed if I don't do anything to release it after a shooting? I have to commend you on your previous post. I typically find the gun type I want and then buy all of the enhancements that I feel I need, metal body kits etc. I like having very solid guns to enjoy on the field. This is counter to how you do it but I can appreciate the logic in your method. I mention this because this is the first airsoft weapon I have pulled new

Sounds great. Thanks. I was thinking a simple belt/holster/mag pouch would cover that backup. Just need to figure out my radio headset and I should be good. I am looking forward to it. I will be sure to update with my experiences.

Okay, you got me. I ordered one from Red Wolf and am looking forward to trying it out. I also ordered a decent 249 sling. If there anything I else I should get ordered while I wait? What type of case do you haul yours around in? I am intending to lighten up some of my other gear in anticipation of carrying this monster. At least I won't need a dozen magazines. I might even drop the vest. Thanks for all of the details.

These were my Spring acquisitions. The SAR was a custom build I have been working on since I saw the CA version coming out. The MP5 is a TM MP5RAS with a new metal body and full stock. The PDW picked up a nice metal RAS to join the family.

Time to post a few of my treasures. This one started life as a stock MC51. I added the lightweight CA body, RIS and G3 stock (rewired). Next it got the Nitro Vo rail, HK sights and quick detach/Aimpoint replica. It fit right into the family. Trying to reply to see if it is working.

Your G3A3 really looks nice. I am guessing you repainted all the furniture. How tough were the mods to make it all fit?

Is this the same shotgun? http://cgi.ebay.com/Airsoft-Gas-Shotgun-Ro...1QQcmdZViewItem They claim to have the shells in stock. I would prefer to throw the business towards Rapier but the photos are not bad.
