Kinda bothersome about the batteries... regular stick types are bad enough. What about the build of the gun? Solid? Could you use it to hammer a nail into a 2x4? How sturdy is the case? Could you use it to hammer a nail into a 2x4?

My friend got one of these as his second gun and it makes a half-decent last-resort pistol when you cut down the barrel, saw the sights off, eliminate the grip safety and remove the stock. Though its effective range is downright embarrassing.

Great story, I've never been to any large retailers myself, but I'm very impressed that such a large company would spend so much effort on an individual order. I'll definitely consider redwolf when ordering online. -
The HFC re-make is of the later model Mausers, the M712 variants, which introduced the extended box-type removable magazines. I've seen advertisements for the original C-96 style magazines, but only in kanji... The Marushin magazines fit, but don't function correctly in the HFC version.
