Jesus! It's airsoft not Air Rifle. I would be worried if ANY AS gun could pierce the base of a can!!! Are you saying you have one that can? That would be 1000fps at least wouldnt it? Well I know Zero One offer to install a SF or time delay mod if you want it...read the description on their site.

Has anyone had a chance to chrono theirs yet? Zero One claim it fires at around 410fps.......Im not "feeling" that however. Also what are people finding re the battery and number of mags? Im using an 8.4V mini (1100mah) and I reckon I get about 5 or 6 Hi-caps out of it before it waves goodnight I guess if it is significantly higher powered then the stronger spring is gonna chew the battery out faster.

Ahhhhh, is that it? SO single shot eases the spring and thats why most rifles with single shot mode dont have a manual reversal latch? Well I hope you're right but it begs the obvious question.....why does the PSG1, a single shot sniper rifle (no auto) have a manual reversal latch? Doesn't that totally negate your theory? OK well Im the guy who sent it back. Basically upon original receipt I fired a couple of mags off and then it seized up as if the battery was dead (but it wasn't). I was then told by the supplier that it had a thing called a reversal latch which had to be operated manually to release the spring in the gearbox. I had seen a sketchy picture in the instructions of this but had no idea what it was for at the time as there were no notes in the instructions to explain what it was for, none of my other AEG's have one (apparently a few rifles, like the PSG1 for example have it). Well I can add that mine has gone back to Zero One just days after receiving. After 2 mags the gearbox seized up...I was then informed there was a manual release lever in a hole on left side under stock tube (I Had seen it mentioned in instructions but hadnt seen it before on my other AEG's and didnt know what it was for to be honest!)....put in allen key and jiggled and I could hear the spring unwinding. Fired another mag and then the gears stripped!!!!! I'm hoping I was just unlucky and that it doesnt happen again. I'll let you know when I get it back. Zero one say they will put a

so email the editor and voice your concerns....its in their interest to please everybody and new ideas are only gonna make it better in the future. Whilst your comments here may get noted why depend on that?

Everyone is entitled to their opinion...obviously....and no you're not going to buy something if you dont feel youre getting something out of it...my point is that I think a successful mag will help lift the sport to a higher level and reduce the risk of it being destroyed. And in that aim I think we should support it whatever AND by giving feedback make it better and more what we ALL want to read (ie not just have it focused on the hard core techies but be interesting to people at all levels). They stock all sorts of weird stuff that you would think no-one was interested in....but it still sells. We'll have to wait and see I guess...its pointless speculating. Its just in our darkest hour, with a total ban on the horizon I don't get why you can't see the importance of the mag and that supporting it will not only help make the mag better in the long term but may help keep the sport alive full stop. erm...yeah, i know....
