As far as I know, this legislation only applies to commercial websites. Arnies Airsoft probably doesn't fall into that category.

I looked over the ICS and four other M4A1's for an article in Safezone issue 6 and overall, the ICS was the best. Maybe it was just my camera, but my pictures didn't look grey at all. (Other makes tested; TM, CA, G&G and G&P)
