Hmm, good to know the Birchwood's solution for Blackening aluminium isn't that great. I have a set for blueing steel, and those work great.

I'm currently running a Prowin hopup chamber with a shaved purple prometheus rubber, black (medium) namazu flat hop nub with a roller bar. I first ran the red nub, which was "ok" for an upgrade, but didn't justify the price of the nub. Then I realised that hard nubs are good for high FPS with heavy bb's, but where I play, we can only top 350 FPS (with 0.2's) and I like .25's so I can still maintain a decent fps. So I went for a medium hard/soft nub. I have to say that the grouping increased significantly with the red namazu nub. Haven't yet thoroughly tested the new black nub, but I'll keep yo

Changed my setup on my WE Katana a bit. Installed a flat hop, first ran it with a hard nub, now have a softer one installed, hoping to get even better results. The inside's crammed with Siegetek gears, BTC Spectre mosfet running smooth on a 7.4 lipo. Also got a marksmanship nozzle installed, but have yet to test that setup out.

Got wood? where did you get those straight magazines? Or what brand are they? I only know echo1 has highcaps (i don't like highcaps). I even tried to make them myself with RS straight mp5 mags, but to no avail...

@Got Wood? Nice! What type of mag converter is that? I have the STAR one and I'm annoyed by the scarce amount of magazines to be found and the fact that the magazines stick out too far. You don't seem to have that issue...

Got some decent shots of the M4, also installed the ambi charging handle. I'm getting near completion! And the business end, got lucky with the inner barrel sitting nice and flush in the flashhider.

I don't play with the suppressor attached because it doesn't fit in my holster if it's attached. It cycles fine when attached, it's a lightweight carbon fibre suppressor.

That's a madbull madbull Ace Ultra Lite stock. My 7.4 stick battery barely fits in there.

Might he be referring to the wooden grip as being weathered. That could be the only thing that could be mistakenly seen as weathered. To post a picture (And I'm honestly truly sorry for the quality of that picture); Slapped an Acog scope on there and an offset docter sight. Guess I'll be making some nicer pictures this weekend. Also waiting on the ambidextrous charging handle... Guess I'm never going to finish it.

Packaging said retro arms. Ordered it from ebairsoft. Unfortunately not adjustable, but it was already pressing down the microswitch, so got to tune it perfectly by filing it down a bit.
