Anyone have suggestions for removing the pin which holds the hammer mechanism in place? I've been hitting both sides with a hammer and punch and haven't done much but slightly wear at the pin. Hey, just now realized theres a specific WWII thread. Here's my one of my Zeke aluminum P08 in their "champagne gold" color, stock is I think a Craft Apple Works stock holster. Other gun is my lovely Shoei MP44

Still doing some tweaks and fine tuning, but here is my mostly finished WE base Prime/Iron Airsoft Remington R5. Upper is an Iron Airsoft WA based R5 set modified to fit the WE internals, the entire hopup collar assembly needed to be redesigned and 3D printed, getting them machined now. Lower is #10 out of the 100 MPL lowers Prime made for the WE system, only took a small bit of milking to fit the upper properly. My pride and joy, Prime/WA SCW 3 SIG GSR. The trigger, magazine release, slide catch, thumb safety, grip safety, mainspring housing, and hammer are all Prime/Anvil made. The outer barrel, chamber, recoil assembly/recoil plug, and barrel bushing are all made by Gunsmith Ninja (Some translations show it as Ninjya, probably just Ninja.)Blowback unit is CP made machined aluminum. I don't recall if it's 7075 or 6061. Grips are genuine Ergo grips. Not sure on/can't recall the brand of body pins, grip screws, inner barrel/hop-up assembly. Some old, the SFA Micro compact I just got finished earlier this year. This is a small portion of my collection. A fair amount of metal bodied kits, though I've got around 150 WA's. Lots, and lots, and lots of time browsing the Yahoo Japan auctions, and occasionally help from friends in Japan.

Hey all, got some great news. Wii Tech is planning on potentially producing new parts, most notably a steel trigger assembly sometime in the next few months. Edit: So I'm gathering info on how many people would be interested in getting a set for them. Would anyone be interested?

For the new Well versions, are you getting it from Asia Airsoft?

Shortening it wouldn't be possible with the design, and even then the receiver is just too long for the dust cover. The cover connects to the hinge with two screws. I removed one of them to lengthen it, and even then it wasn't enough. Lemme upload another picture. Edit: Here we go. http://imgur.com/a/SNKOy

Dead set on getting this dust cover to fit. Considering putting an additional block or something to help take the impact. I'm getting another receiver anyways, so in the event something happens I'll be prepared.

I'm planning on trying those eventually, I just want to avoid any unnecessary impactor force being transferred to the rear trunnion considering I thinned it quite a bit. The "wall" portion the recoil spring guide block sits into is around 2mm thick now. Not super bad considering the steel is quite durable (took me quite a few hours to take it down that far), but I want to avoid causing any damage to it. Might be a non-issue, though still something I'd rather not have happen.

My gun came with a broken nozzle where the strips the bb from the mag, though I got it and four mags for less than $100 so I can't really complain. I'm not super keen on aluminum nozzles, though I might check it out eventually, depends on how well it looks. Hopefully we can sway them to produce more parts, especially a valve knocker. If not, the "WE" steel parts may fit well with it, I'm not sure yet. Anyways, an update on my build. Wii tech parts haven't arrived, so I haven't done much internally. I ordered an Ergo grip which fit wonderfully. The screw it came with was the same threading

The steel hammer is a must, which is great, and I certainly trust them more than RA tech when it comes to nozzles. I'd hope they look into making a valve knocker, as that and the hammer are the really weak points of the system. Also kinda miffed they never replied to my email

Looks like they're preparing for a Holiday, could be they're holding off on further productions until afterwards
