Noodle_2000
Hello everyone, I've had some technical difficulties recently. One of which is with my CA M15. The cylinder head was damaged some how. So I decided to replace it. I purchased a Systema V2 Steel Cylinder head. Now the gun isn't even getting 15 feet. Can anyone help me out? Possibly there is something that I didn't install correctly. If someone could guide me through so I can check, that would be helpful. Or tell me what I did wrong . Thanks guys, Gary B. Catman
You've fully turned the hop-up off? Try that first Best way to test if the piston has no compression: take the gearbox apart, get the cylinder, cylinder head (remove nozzle from tappet plate), stick the piston in (no spring). Jam a finger over the nozzle on the cylinder head, hold the cylinder in place and push the piston down into it - you should feel the air pressure build up edit: does the gearbox have one of those cut-out holes on the side? It's possible you got the cylinder installed backwards and the cut-out hole is too far forward, though I think you'd get more than 15 feet range from that

Tom Andrews
Chances are you haven't put the feed nozzle correctly into the tappet plate. It should sit in a groove.
