HaVoC
Here we go I think something is wrong though. The rig is actually COMFORTABLE. I didn't know gear could be comfortable. It sticks out a f***ing mile in front of me (definitely not a greenside rig...) but I did the Photoshopping at my desk while wearing it all. I'm still wearing it all now. S*** is crazy awesome. Oh, and I know the RRV is on a little askew. It's hard to get it right without a buddy since I think you end up pulling it off-centre trying to do the side up. It also doesn't help that I threw it on at 11pm for the sake of taking a few rubbish photos. Also, the dumper needs moving round. I'll shift that and the IFAK half a belt loop round which will sort out accessibility back there. Finally, I took some liberties with the rifle. Bite me. KITLIST: Roughly head to toe... Sgt. Kinnaird
HaVoC, that kit looks really nice. An Eagle MAP would really finish it off in my opinion.
HaVoC
I refuse to bow the whole MAP craze. They're pretty useless as I see it - a pack which you can't take off... I was also basing my kit roughly on what we saw guys in A'stan using for mounted patrols a couple of years back (but brought mostly up to date). Try getting into any kind of vehicle with a MAP on. Hydro on the back is fine, mags up front are fine (within reason), but a MAP is a bad, bad idea. Oh, and if you're referring to the ghetto-b*stard placement of the Camelbak back there, I know at least 2 guys who ran theirs like that in the Sandbox, zipties and all. newhotness
Man its gunna be hard posting under that Loadout Havoc, Nice kit (Mind the two patches, there all I own on the patch front) This is what I plan to wear this weekend during a night game. and Just kind of update to the gear. and I plan to play with this baby to. Just waiting on two frag pouches to put over each other next to the M60 Pouch and then a GP Pouch for the open panel.
[BS]_MARS
Why the handset and the headset? Also, maybe you should run mags in individual mag pouches rather then 1 M60 pouch, seems a lot easier to me.
airsoft_maniac
Newhotness looks cool gotta love that blaster too. only suggestion would be take off the Helmet cover Edited September 4, 2008 by airsoft_maniac
HaVoC
Everyone hates on the helmet covers. Sure, they're not as common as uncovered helmets with SF guys, but they are used. Viva la revolution, be different, break the mould!
r4m60kill
Hey This is my Delta Force outfit just added my own little touches, didn't want it to be exactly the same as in BHD. I modified the BDU by moving the lower pockets to the arms, removing buttons, adding velcro and pocket tug hoops. I'll eventually get an Omega Leg holster and perhaps some sort of chest rig. http://s271.photobucket.com/albums/jj132/f...ent=Pics001.jpg http://s271.photobucket.com/albums/jj132/f...ent=Pics002.jpg http://s271.photobucket.com/albums/jj132/f...ent=Pics003.jpg My loadout is: Pro-tec Helmet G&P OEP Tactical Goggles PT Armour Mil-Force Tactical Vest Tactical Belt Raid style desert BDU Drop Leg Holster Blackhawk Hellstorm Aviator OD Gloves Blackhawk Hellstorm Knee Pads Olive Drab waist pouch Weapons: Jing Gong M4A1 CQB 08' DBoys Magazine DBoys Carry handle Carry handle Rail mount Red Dot Aimpoint DBoys Side sling mount Viper 3 OD point sling KWC Colt Delta Elite Edited September 4, 2008 by r4m60kill
HaVoC
You really need a non-RIS rifle of some sort, with a fixed carry handle upper receiver, if you want to roll with the early 90s look. Also none of these fancy schmansy stocks. I like it as a start, though.
Parsley
also, open both your eyes with the red dot, nice loadout though
SgtBojangles
Havoc - What's the S-1 patch for? I've worked for the S-1 shop in garrison... they're no fun...
Murph
r4m60kill, Those BDU sleeves look good man. nice work!
r4m60kill
Thanks I prefer to have the M4 CQB over the older armalites as it suits my needs better I don't want to copy the BHD loudout exactly, thats why I haven't done the Raid BDU the same as in the movie either. Thanks Murph it's based of this, http://prostores2.carrierzone.com/servlet/...sa/Detail?no=21 except I haven't angled the chest pockets, just converted them from buttons to velcro and added the pocket tug loops. HaVoC
Havoc - What's the S-1 patch for? I've worked for the S-1 shop in garrison... they're no fun... SNAFU-1, I guess I just made it up to fill the space for a rank patch on the ACS. It looks pretty terrible if you leave it as a blank square of FG velcro between an IR flag and a nametape...just wrong somehow. I refuse to wear rank I haven't earned, so I guess this is the next best thing. It'd be cool to get one made up in proper ACU fabric sometime.

Chevieblazer
Aye, looks very good. I'd suggest a few minor changes: - tuck in the laces from the pants(or if you wear them open, just cut em off) - if you're using that mbitr antenna, but the radio to the back. this way, you won't poke it in your eyes when you look down - open the top button on your BDU shirt and some pics of that monster 249 would be awesome *fg
mrk
I'll post better pics of the M249 when I get GWS/G&P stock for it.
