quovandius
Ok ive got a we1911 gas blow back pistol. its worked fine since i got it a few months ago until now. i dont use it that much... mayb a couple of mags through it a week at most. when i put in a magazine, cock it and fire it, the slide blows back but when it returns the hammer is usually in half cock so u have to pull it back to full cock to fire the shot- sumtimes a bb doesnt even come out... after doing this a few times it sometimes works normally for a couple of shots but then all the gas from the mag is vented out in a big hissy puff... i clean it with silicon oil and make sure the slide is lubricated... am quite a newbie so any help would be greatly appreciiated... cheers
scithe
that happened to my we hi-capa. it seems to be a flaw in the design that some of the ones they make will simply stop firing correctly after use. since the slide is not blowing back all the way, the hammer will not be pushed back, and sometimes the shot will not be pushed into the chamber. other times, there is so little gas flow that the bb, even when in the chamber, will not fire. anyway, i have nt done this myself, but i have heard that if you get a new hammer spring and sand down the slide rails it will fire correctly.
