my_plague_666 Posted May 24, 2007 Report Share Posted May 24, 2007 correct me if i', wrong but darklite is suggesting having part of an AUG mag in the magwell and an armalite mag can be fitted into that rather than sticking the top of an AUG mag to the top of each armalite mag. if i got this right, how would the mag catch for the AR mags work? sekiryu Posted May 26, 2007 Author Report Share Posted May 26, 2007 On the real AUG STANAG stock, it has an L85-ish style mag catch on the stock. Press the button, and I guess it works like a paddle and raises up the actuall mag catch. Link to post Share on other sites

Oh, and the cheapo M4 magwell option will be a LOT work, as it needs the ring on the gearbox AND a way to line up correctly, and that's not even taking into consideration as to wether the new magwell will line up to the hop!
