Yeah, can't really say I'm keen on this - it's just too bright and fuzzy.

 

Tone down the effects a little and it may work, although I find that the 'static interference'-type effects only work well when applied in small amounts to make set-up pics look more realistic :)

Photoshop CS. You could do it on basically any photo-editing software. A Little magic wand, some laso tool, and a little render lighting effects. :D

I'll have some more pics this next week to mess with, and I have a MP5K in the mail right now :D , so expect more. lol.
