M14
I just recieved my Inokatsu M60A1 (Full Steel Version) today! Its a lot better than I expected. Heres a bunch of pictures. (Not original box mag pouch, I put a authentic one on) No one was around to take a decent picture, sorry for the *suitcasey* one, better pictures will probably come this weekend. So far I shot it a bit in my back yard and it seemed to work very very well. It a very heavy gun but it has that intimidation thing going for it. With all the little accessories I bought for it, everything costed around $3000. Took me a year to save up te money. Anyway, I thought you guys would like to see pictures of it. evilliboba
Now all you need is an Escort Blow Back engine. Awesome pig.

0nslaught
must be heavy
M14
The gun is very heavy. It weighs around 25 pounds.
Airsoftperson
Looks great, 1,000,000,000x better then what my friends TOP M60 looked like.... I love the M60, but I am not jealous about the weight .
Chrissyg
They look great, feel great, perform great...until the crappy orange piston strips inside the stock TM gearbox. Yes, it is a TM gearbox shell. Your piston will most probably go in about 2-3000 rounds as exactly the same has happened to 2 Inokatsus at my site which I have had to fix. Oh and make sure you dont lose the little allen key that attaches the feeder from the box mag to the gun on. Ahh and the box mag jams quite often, one of the 2 Inos at my site, needed a new cog from a TM VN high cap to make it work again. (sorry to put a downer on your new gun, just thought you'd like to be warned) Chrissy
happy.al
Nice looking gun also feels good to get your hands on something you've been saving for. Well done, and thanks for the lovely pics.
AustinWolv
Ahh and the box mag jams quite often, one of the 2 Inos at my site, needed a new cog from a TM VN high cap to make it work again. Any idea why? The Ino box mag I have has had 39,000 rounds through it and has never jammed once. Not once. Did your buddies get debris down in it or something?
M14
I really dont have to worry about the box mag jamming or breaking because I have two for my M60. I tried out a sling for the M60 in my basement but it just woudnt work out. I am leaning torward just carrying the 60 on my shoulded like the guys in Nam did. Does anyone have the Inokatsu M60A1 and use a sling? If you do can you tell me what kind of sling.
hhsohn
Had an Asahi M60E1 SDX, and I used the generic GI-issue padded LMG sling with decent effect. If I recall correctly, I had to set the sling to comfortable carrying length, or set it much shorter for assault type carrying position. So picked a lengh and dealt with it. BTW, I do have a M60E3 with Escort GBB internals, and it's night and day compared to the stock AEG version.
L4byr1nth
Lovely gun, nice for a 'nam loadout. Ben.

Compared to a standard Inokatsu AEG (if youve seen one)?
hhsohn
It's great. I don't know if you have ever handled an Escort gun, it's like the difference between holding a heavy dead carcas and trying to hold still a frisky cat at your arm's length. The gun is alive.
M14
Is the accuracy and range better with the Escort GBB internal? Also where do you keep the gas tank?
evilliboba
Is the accuracy and range better with the Escort GBB internal? Also where do you keep the gas tank? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The accuracy would be worse and the range the same or so. They top out at 340FPS The tank goes in a remote line to say a backpack or dump pouch. They top out at 340FPS The tank goes in a remote line to say a backpack or dump pouch. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I sticking to the AEG then. I got my 60 to 400fps and its got decent internals (some systema). Also the tank will be a pain in the *albatross* for me. I usually only wear my pistol belt for ammo and things and any room on the belt is used up already. Unless I get a rucksack or 1941 backpack, theres no place for a tank.
AustinWolv
It's great. I don't know if you have ever handled an Escort gun, it's like the difference between holding a heavy dead carcas and trying to hold still a frisky cat at your arm's length. The gun is alive. Indeed it does. Sounds like yours is working better than mine. Mine has a gremlin, totally unlike my other Escort-internals guns. The accuracy would be worse and the range the same or so. They top out at 340FPS That muzzle velocity number is wholly inaccurate. Mine has gotten up to forums limits + another 100fps using .2g at ~135psi. theres no place for a tank 20oz CO2 bottle will fit in a CamelBak/hydro carrier easily enough. However after spending all that money and working hard to do it, enjoy your gun, i.e. what you got. Perhaps in the future and when you want to try something new, the Escort internals could interest you.
M14
Still, I dont think I will be getting escort internals any time soon. I have used guns with external tanks using a air hose connected to the gun and I hated it. It just doesnt fit my style of play. I dont like being connected to my gun. Also I really do have no where for the tank. I wear all authntic Vietnam gear and I dont want to have to use a backpack. Try putting a 20oz. tank on a pistol belt and you will see how much it sucks. Thats pretty much the main reason Im not going to get Escort internals.
Sale
A seriously good thing would be a stainless steel CO2 or HPA tank the size of a large battery. A small inline regulator to go and you're set with an integrated Escort system. -Sale
M14
If the Escort GBB uses gas like a paintball gun, a tank small enough to fit in the gun will last less than 100 shots. I just dont want to Escort engine, Im happy with the gun now.
Sale
M14: I'm not saying you should get an Escort engine, I'm just going with the discussion about Escorts in general. Yours is a mean machine right now with all the components on the inside - stick with that. Now that you mentioned gas consumption, the Escort engine is really economic in general. A 74 gram CO2 bulb (fits in a fist) provides enough gas for well over a thousand shots with the MP5 model. The M60 may use a bit more because of the heavier moving parts. M14
I just want to get my point accross that I dont want a damn Escort engine. Atleast you (Sale) are giving me facts about one and not just saying for me to buy one (thanks for the facts). I like my gun now and think the cons of the Escort engine (for me) outweight the pros. AustinWolv
Easy there fella, nobody is TELLING you to buy it. People provided comments that it is a fun thing and threw the option out there; nobody has badgered you about it.
M14
Yeah but I feel you guys are obseesing over it a bit. I know the facts about the Escort M60 and know its not for me, sorry.
