SlvrDragon50
Hello! Do flip up front sights replace the gas block? And will an A&K front sight work on an G&P front end.
squeakyL
it depends on what type of flip sights. There are the rail mount ones, which i guess you aren't talking about, and there's the ones that yes, replace the gas block. Do you mean an A&K M4s front site or an aftermarket one? SlvrDragon50
A&K's front site and aftermarket ones.. Im looking at ones that mount on the barrel.. The gas tube still goes into the front sight correct?
Sale
If it mounts on the barrel like a PRI, then the base of the flip-up site acts as the gas block. There are also sights that attach to a rail on the gas block, and sights that attach to the rail on a RAS system. -Sale
SlvrDragon50
Alright.. I think Ill get a PRI since I like the look of those more than the rail mounted. Thanks
