Looks like a blind and stupid Monster ate an M700, a TM Pro Silencer and some blue crayons and puked that thing out to finally mount an Aimpoint on it. Maybe that's the same Creature what is responsible for this. If it wouldn't be that expensive, it could be a good start for a CQB-Sniper project with folding stock and so.
