Five-sEvEn
They're illegal in the UK? AFAIK They're legal here. I could be wrong though...
BigAl
Yup their illegal to buy or sell here, so is the Ballisong ( Butterfly ) Knife. If you own one it's legal to keep it in the house, but don't take it anywhere or you'll be braking the law.
dannyboy
I found a place selling butterfly knives not long back Was tempted to get one as well, been after one for yonkies dears

Five-sEvEn
Sir, would that be a Benchmade? -Jake <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I wish! It's actually a Jaguar, a copy of the Benchmade 42, but without any of the goodies the Benchmade has. Decent quality (but nothing compared to the real thing) for about a fourth of the price . Mine seems to be a whole lot lighter than all of my friends balisongs though... Very interesting... Once I get a decent paying job and have time to save extra cash, I may eventually upgrade to the Benchmade. But knowing how cheap I am, maybe not lol. I saw the hansle on your bali and thought they looked just like the 42. -Jake Edited August 19, 2006 by Sasquatch

Sinner101GR
Damn you Blarney, I had convinced myself I DIDN'T need the TCFM 02, and now look...you're making me drool over it again! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Trident FTW man, but Strider is actually my favorite build. Titleist
Then what would you suggest? If I only had the money for one knife which brand would you opt for, Blarney. And depending on the brand which model would you suggest?
HaVoC
Strider DB-L, just do it Gerber Compact 400 in tactical Black You can flick the pliers out if you hold it right, since it slides out rather than the handles pivoting around it. Good design and rock solid.

Good design and rock solid. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My dad had an older one of those. The flicking is pretty cool when its not seized up. I can flip his leatherman like a balisong, which is a lot more fun . BTW, hows the strider holding up? I knw its probly fantastic, but just curious how its performing. -Jake
