you know those camel spider things arent real, some marine worked out how to use photoshop and made them big. Realy there about as big as a normal spider so yeah

i dont have any good pictures to make a poster out of so yeah sorry for small spam

You'll find those ones are real (or you have some larger than average spiders in your neck of the country).

They just look so large because of the tight crop, the two Camel spiders, the long focal length (I'm sure you've seen photos of planes over Heathrow etc apparently passing within cm of each other when actually they're a couple of thousand feet apart), and their close proximity to the camera.

You can just about make out the pliers used to pick them up, and also the gap between the cuff and wrist of the person holding them.

Either that gap is exaggerated by the camera, or he's wearing a shirt 4 sizes too big!

yeah, they just eat a bit of you, and lay their eggs in you, and leave..

nasty

*shudders*

Funny how the largest, meanest looking things aren't poisonous, while the tini, insignificant things are incredibly poisonous, like the Daddy Long legs spider. Its fangs are too small to bite a human. :P

Aparently that's another myth, just like Camel spider's being able to scream (they do run with their front legs in the air, it helps them not smash into things)

A myth for sure, Mythbusters disproved it. They found that the fangs can penetrate human skin, they do know how to bite, but their venom is definitly not poisnous. The Adam guy eventually stuck his hand in a tub of them and after a while he got bitten and the slight burning sensation lasted a couple of seconds.
