Still trying to figure out a way how to set up my belt.

It's a TYRTactical Micro SOF IFAK, Velcro Cutaway. There is a velcro'd insert that all of the ifak's contents fit into and is retained by an optional length of shock cord once it is free of the velcro. I have a Benchmade Hook that I thought about putting on the belt, but I figured I wouldn't clutter it up. The Gun Clip is going to be replaced by a Safariland 6377.

If you don't mind me asking how far does it stick off your belt (interested in it's profile)? Is it crammed full of stuff in that image, does it get lower profile? It looks about the size I've been interested in but Tyr hasn't listed the dimensions on their site so I had written it off for a mini IFAK.

I had been thinking about that or replacing my front BFG ten speed shingle with a MARZ combat medic pouch (which is in no way low profile), but using it for an IFAK and other stuff.

It's packed full of stuff right now, and thus, sticks out maybe 3-4" off the belt, which is an inch more than the dump pouch (which has plastic sheet stiffening the opening). If you pack less stuff in it, it'll be naturally less bulky. Right now I have a pair of nitrex gloves, an abdominal pad, a roll of first aid tape, a 4" Hemorrhage Control Bandage, and a 2.25" Kerlix roll in it.

*edit*

It's equivalent in thickness to the BFG IFAK that' descended from the ATS model, but not as wide as it takes up only 2 columns.

Here's my beltkit, all items except the utility are homemade! The holster and pistol mag pouch is 1000D, everything else 500D CB or AOR2.

Future plans:

1. Finally battletest it! But it really feels comfy when I jump around with it in my apartment.

2. Find a tan canteen

Cheers

Finally added the last few bits to this, entirely modular pistol belt-kit:
