I think CA's sometimes have a compression problem. My SR25 was shooting 147fps w/ .25's when I got it. Found out it was the nozzle being too big for the cylinder head. It's a MAX but very little remains of the PTW parts. Real upper, Prime lower, real receiver extension, LMT stock tube, RAS, etc etc. I basically upgraded the 'suck' out of it. And do you have a 40mm launcher? actually i have another loaner M4(A stock Tm M733) but it's currently at a friends house since he uses it. But I'm pretty trigger happy with my HK416 anyways. As far as the nade launcher, I use to have one and like 12 shells, but I got rid of it. I'm planning to buy another soon. Thar be lots o mags there.....
