1911 Picture Thread

Hopefully working now.

Hammer, grips, a new thumb safety and threaded barrel on the way.

And I reckon I should probably get a new trigger too.

Well, first I have to fit the second kit!

Since one of my guns is currently out of order, and may be for a long time by the looks of things. Here's my current Solo Pistola (Basically a hodge-podge of both weapons) Along with new grip screws and White Coco grips from Fusion-Firearms US that I only just got my grubby mits on!

Are you getting Delta grips?

Looks good by the way!

There have always been a few things that i've despised.

1) the stock grip safety on the 1911

2) the hammer on the 1911

3) the trigger on the 1911

4) people who post pictures of stock, common airsoft gun

5) people who post pictures of lightly modified WE guns

but who am i to complain cause i'm about to post a picture of an almost stock TM 1911. it may not have a metal slide or a metal frame, but it does have a plastic frame modified to allow a beavertail. Along with a few other additions.

Nice job. I'm guessing thats a hi-capa beavertail right? I was actually thinking about doing this to my stock frame too but I didnt feel like switching everything out of my delta frame. If you have a hi-capa flat main spring housing you can modify that to work on your 1911 too. I have some pictures of my TM 1911 Delta with a hi-capa msh on it some pages back in this thread.
