FireKnife
Humm nice camo there. Â And a hell of a gun, good old fashioned 1911's as they should be. Â 'FireKnife'

Korppi
Â WA SCW3 Colt M1911A1 with Prime kit and CAW woods. Solid performer with .28g. Old pic, should take a new one due natural wear. Â Edit: I had this dejavu feeling...Maybe I should invest in a walking stick Anyway enjoy the repost. sekiryu
Where did you get that, have to admit i am always after odd and different camo's. Â I'll occasionally get lucky and find something on Ebay. If you can find an Asian or Filipino retailer it should be easy to track down.
birchm
I recall seeing a 1911 with a threaded barrel as standard can anyone confirm the manufacturer and where i might find one? Â Western Arms made one about a year or two back, out of production though. WGC and Redwolf both have pictures of it, but it is also out of stock at both of them.
sekiryu
What's the best type of holster (inexpensive) for the 1911? I've got a UTG dropleg, but the pistol almost falls through.
FireKnife
Depends on what you want. Â If it is a hard holster then try a nice Fobus. Â If it is a soft holster then maybe a Viper adjustable or any standard adjustable one. Â 'FireKnife'
sekiryu
Droplegs/thigh holsters would probably be best.
alark
I'd personally save and get a BHI Serpa one, i've got one for my WA Kimber and its one of the best holsters i've ever had (got one for my Glock 19 and 17).  Steer clear of cheap holsters, but that said you can pick up the ACM Serpa's cheap and they should do the same thing. Just dont sacrifice price for keeping you pride and joy  Then if do want it as a drop leg you can get the ACM Serpa drop leg panels for them, thats what i'll be doing  Keep that sexy 1911 safe  Cheers *AL* aka Lofty
FireKnife
I find that a decent soft holster is ok if you are going for a hip or back mount but for a drop leg then the Serpa is the best bet, those adjustable Viper type ones are horrendus at keeping your pistol where it needs to be. christavel!
Does anyone know where i could buy a hardballer? like a kit or a non blow back?
baias6230
Tokyo Marui makes a NBB Hardballer. Prime makes a kit for the WA Hardballer but the pistol is out of stock pretty much everywhere. Edited January 16, 2009 by baias6230
FireKnife
You could get the TM Hardballer but it has a rather low FPS and uses those stupid looking stick mags. Â As for the WA Hardballer, you would be hard pressed to get one as they were a limited edition i believe and most places have them as discontinued. Â 'FireKnife'
RockDog
Your right mate, Im gutted I sold my WA now, cant find another anywhere. I think eHobby had them till about 1 month back. None anywhere, let hope they re-release it in the future.
FireKnife
True, looked a nice pistol but at the short time it was widely available i had barely enough money to go and skirmish, never mind buy anything new. Â Well if they do re-release them then i will very much try and get my hands on one and put some better grips on and that's it for me. Â 'FireKnife'
