masakarijoe
i think that new troy is incredibly ugly. the sopmod was much better. about the trijicon: its probably so dim because the tritium is almost out... if you ever sell it though, let me know. id like it for the look -Joe
PianoBlack
Between the two, I like the Troy better as the VLTOR looks like an incomplete effort. But then again, I own a Mk14. -Piano.

Drake, that ACOG looks really cool on the EBR.
scooberoo
Yes. Just send them in to Trijicon. I think advertized tritium life on the reflex is 15 years.

birchm
can anyone show me the config on the M21 used in COD4 i fancy making one similar to that. IIRC it's just the same as lewis' m14 one post above yours, except it's got one of those scope mounts that screws into the side of the m14.
Fellowz
found these for the SOPMOD fan in you

chas
Hi! I have been dreaming about a Smith Enterprise M14 SE proyect for some time and now I have finally found a way to do it more or less cheaply. Most parts will be airsoft aftermarket or stock parts, but the stock has to be the real deal. I had thought about using a marui OD stock (because of the textured parts) and paint it but it would look just fake. So I want to use a used RS USGI synthetic stock. But im not sure whether it is possible, whether I can hollow the stock out with a Dremel or will the material be too hard? And if I managed to hollow it out, will the AEG fit? Will the inclination for the motor be correct? I know some people have done this with RS wood stocks and the synthetic stock will most likely be the same but I wanna be sure before spending the money on the stock and a Dremel. So, if anyone has ever tried this, please give me a hand. On a further note, the only place where I have found these stocks for a reasonable price does not ship outside the USA, so if any yank out there could give me hand Id be eternally thankful. Thanks! Azulsky
No a dremel will be able to hack at it
Carter
can anyone show me the config on the M21 used in COD4 i fancy making one similar to that. If Lewis' M14 had a full length barrel, then it would be exactly like his except with the scope mounted to a scope mount as opposed to the RIS. King Arms makes a nice replica of the mount you want. Also, probably an M3 scope.
Versus
CYMA M14, next 2 parts for it: G&P DMR Body and Echo1 RAS kit.

kliskey
Mine with it's desert camo now on. The last time I took my weapons onto my front drive for all to see, my neighbours called the Police and an armed unit turned up at my door... Do your neighbours not care? Pkekyo-Nor
I -really- want an M14, going for a M21-ish project... I'm skint though, so I figured I'd be going with the CYMA M14. If I'm not mistaken, the barrel will be off in regards of the M21? What's my best alternative to remedy this? And what wooden stock should I get? Cheers - Pkekyo
