chaoslord800
I think Jumprefusal is referring to how some airsofters often get a random weapon with a random type of camo and try to make themselves look like a special forces type...Though, I'm sure there's a logical reason as to why he's dressed like that and using the weapon he is. To me, it looks like Flecktarn with those fancy US velcro things on the sleeves...lol I'm horrible at western gear.
TheKurodaVagrant
He was getting at the fact that the guy put RIS on his AK. Â EDIT: Now that I look at it again, it is Flecktarn. It didn't look as splotchy at first glance. Edited May 31, 2008 by TheKurodaVagrant
srpg
when I started this project...I didn't know then that Real Sword will be soon be providing the airsoft world with a full steel and realistic dimension type 56 that is totally affortable....but alas..  Cyma 028 based Danmu Wood kit Danmu steel spike bayonet & front sight Element ak74 body (puttied the AK74 and cyrillic markings, re-engraved....badly with type 56 markings) madbull 455mm tightbore barrel guarder bucking pdi 140% spring reshimmed poorman's chrono=shoots both side and bottom of a coke can
Fin
Very nice Type 56, not keen on the waffles but nice Now beat the ###### out of it  The CR-21 uses a very similar gas system to the AK series but a photo wouldn't go here (because if we allowed that there would be loads of guns here which dont look like AKs but there are many using a AK style gas system)
MrBlanks
Well so much for getting the AIMS for me.... I will now probably NEVER ORDER FROM AEX again...  Im going to be using airsoftgi...  New AKS74 for me in a couple of Days!  Hey man, what the hell did they do this time? johnnyj
my first ak pic on here, only just got it all together ( and yes i dont like the scope but my ak74 does not have the mount for it yet) Â all the work was done by skippy off these forums just had to drop a TB barrel and the GB from my ca74 in to finish Edited May 31, 2008 by johnnyj
Jumprefusal
I don't get it. Â Sorry I shouldn't have said Iraqi Army, but the picture is most definetly Iraq. He probably isn't an Iraqi soldier for the reason he has no facial hair. Â The point was the forward grip, that's the first time I've seen that sort of setup away from airsoft (and I've been in the Army 7 years, twice to Iraq and once to the Stan). Jumprefusal
Last post on the subject before we run this thread away from the sexual chocolate pictures, but the Iraqi police have blue digi camo.
The Crunchy Bunny
johnny, it would look alot better without that AK74 style frontsight and gasblock. Edited May 31, 2008 by The Crunchy Bunny
Schultz98
Hey man, what the hell did they do this time? Â Â They tried selling him the AIMS at his local (AEX) shop that was up on the wall, broken and beaten up as a brand new gun from the online store
Vercingetorix
Anyone know if its possible to make an airsoft INsas or AK7 rifle?
Hades
How can you ruin a Inokatsu kit with using a wrong mag  Ruin What? Thats the f***king mag it came with. The Kalash has a TM mag yes, but the Inokatsu is using the OEM mag it came with. If anyone ruined it CALL Inokatsu. Edited May 31, 2008 by Hades
ComradeMP1
INSAS, that's pretty hideous. It is next to impossible unless you can machine all the bits yourself
0nslaught
Hades, Â thats the full steel rk01 right? Â how are the externals compared to the vfc? probably not on par, but for the price the rk01 is very interesting..
Hades
Onslaught- I bought the RK01 a few months ago so i am uncertain if it is indeed full steel. The guts are nothing to be impressed of but rest assured that the inokatsu AKMS had the same XYT gears. The externals are not nearly as impressive as the VFC, Inokatsu or guarder kits BUT it is a fraction of the price. Ive seen some battle worn RK01s that do look nice (but then again a worn ak is always nice). I guess its the work you put into it. There is no denying it though, it is what it is... a cheap fun gun. socal_recon
Onslaught- I bought the RK01 a few months ago so i am uncertain if it is indeed full steel. Where did you buy it from? If it was from anywhere outside of HK then it is the old semi-steel version. If it was from HK then there is a possibility it is full steel, but I'm sure you would have seen that in the title when you were ordering it.

It is next to impossible unless you can machine all the bits yourself Yes, I know, but the indian in me wants to make a proper Indian Army loadout........ Â It looks halfway decent in Synthetic furniture... and it looks like they (the Indian military) might be making a newer completely "modernized" o rebuilt bulpup one... Won't look like this though thank god... Seems to look a bit like the Tavor-21 Edited June 1, 2008 by Vercingetorix

If those hand guards you have on the rk01 are the stock kalash ones, then im positive its the full steel one, it has the vented hand guards.  ya i wasnt expecting this gun to be as good as those high name brands, but with enough work into it, you can make kalash ak's look really nice..  heres an example:  NOT MY PICTURE, THIS IS LOVECRAFT25'S AK  kalash RK01 with a few parts added.
Revenge Seeker
Its not a full steel one, just look at the rivets, its painted over as is on the original ones. Also the texture isn't as dulled down. Some of the early ones actually came with vented handguards.
