Spartan452
real shame they stopped making this slide Edited July 3, 2009 by Spartan452
fiddlesticks4220
What slide is that?
Wayneard3413
+1 The markings on the slide and barrel are almost spot on to the real thing
Spartan452
Its the G&P slide, real hard to find one, but the quality is definitly better than the PGC.
fiddlesticks4220
WOW, Never knew G&P made a G19 slide. I have their G17 slide (it isn't half bad)

Mega12
what's with the number 23, besides that movie with jim carey? I see that alot on rifles Edited July 4, 2009 by Mega12
TheMerchantOfVenice
Fake arsenal numbers.
pforcerecon
It's supposed to be like an inventory number. But for me its my personal number, that and it was my jersey number when I played football =P. But it signifies that this belongs to me and I number all my items with the number 23.
Wayneard3413
The number 23 would be rather random for you to see over and over.... We number all of our mags to make it easier to note which ones are inducing malf's
pforcerecon
Wel I've got my initials on the bottom of it as well just to make sure. Just as with my M4 mags, they all have the number 23 on them, but also have my initials on there somewhere so others know they belong to me. I figure for some odd reason the number 23 seems to be rather popular.
Wayneard3413
I have my nickname on one side and each mag numbered on the other... Again this is more for RS than airsoft though
pforcerecon
Well if you notice..that mag is RS and not airsoft. Hence why its marked. I just threw the mag in there because I noticed it fit perfect and snapped a few shots. Edited July 4, 2009 by pforcerecon
Wayneard3413
Yes I noticed the witness holes... Simply stating my purpose for marking mine Didn't mean to start an argument
Mega12
So when I see 23 alot, it just happens to be a coincedent?

Punkypink
what... what slide is that! Would it fit a KSC G23F? I'm looking to refurbish my Glock 23 as i mentioned in my thread. I've managed to locate a magazine base cap and a hurricane enhanced recoil spring as you can see in the picture. I've got a KSC metal slide and outer barrel on the way, but I like the brushed steel look of that slide. Sigh. It's a custom job isn't it? the sniper
wwjkc I have always liked that style of slide and barrel, where did you get them from and can we have some more pictures Thanks
wwjkc
punkypink, it's a marui system, so not, it will not fit. the_sniper, i got it from sanko more pic: i changed the lower frame back to Marui one because it have better fitment than the guarder one
Punkypink
punkypink, it's a marui system, so not, it will not fit. Aww ok Ironwolf: Thanks for helping me split it into a proper thread. Much appreciated
pforcerecon
wwjkc: What kind of problems were you experiencing with the Guarder lower? I noticed a bit of a difference too when I took my stock marui slide and put it on the Guarder lower. No for some reason when I shot the gun yesteday and it locked back, it wouldn't go forward. Luckily I got the slide off with no damage but now there seems to be something wrong with the firing mechanism and hammer. I would also prefer the guarder lower because the trigger frame in the front is much thinner than that of the marui, and a perfect fit for my light. Even though I can make it work with the marui one its much better on the guarder. Anyone else had any problems with their guarder lowers and a metal slide, as I'm looking to upgrade my gun soon. wwjkc
the guarder frame does not secure my lower frame securly, for some weird reason it also don't fit my Insight Tech SSL light this G22 is for sale also, pm me if you are interested
