makin_012
Sorry to be a pain, i have tried searching and cant find anything, does anyone know how i can get a suppressor to fit a JG G36c. Thanks
Skarclaw
Well you need to make sure the suppressor has the right thread for the g36 (either cw or ccw, I can't remember what the g36c is, basically if you screw the flash hider onto the barrel and it goes on cw, its a cw thread, I think) so check this before you buy it, otherwise you may need an adaptor. Once you have it, just unscrew the flash hider and screw on the suppressor. Don't think there are any QD suppressors that fit a g36c. Cheers.
Skarclaw
sorry for double post, but I thought I'd better post a picture atleast once in a while. CA G36K, needs a g36c stock, and my mate to give me my star g36c rail, and my other mate to give my mp7 sights... of course, photo taken with the gun on my bed
Hedganian
I happen to have a G36C stock going spare - drop me a PM if you're interested.
-Bo-
I'm sorry for bad quality, but actually I just got my handycam. "Kitlist" : -Star G36K -CA RAS remodelled to KAC RAS -KSK Kurzvisierschiene -G'n'P AP Clone with KA Mount -TM C-Stock -MP7 Flip Ups -SEF Triggergroup Better pics soon Edited December 30, 2009 by -Bo-
Pkekyo-Nor
Unboxed my TM G36K after work yesterday It's made of the well known, very black TM plastic, but at least it feels sturdy, and isn't as shiny as previous incarnations. Having a hard time fitting my AG36 to it though, haven't quite figured out what the snag is yet. Allready replaced the top rail and handguard, considering popping a G&P stock on it, and I'll continue working on the AG36 issue
[-=O=-]^{Woozie}
Ouuuuu, good way to spend $460 US
Pkekyo-Nor
Indeed. Allready started replacing parts though (clicky for larger pictures) CA (left): - G&P Handguard & Barrel set - TM G36KA2 Carryhandle - TM Magwell - CA reciever - G&P Stock - Various internal upgrades TM (right): - CA handguard - STAR Flat-top Carryhandle - MP7A1 Flip-Ups - Aimpoint Comp2 - CA Magwell - TM Reciever & Stock internals (recoil and all that jazz) Still working on making my AG36 fit the TM, and pondering wether or not to move the G&P stock over to the TM. [-=O=-]^{Woozie}
The TM plastic is shiny, still look good thou I think you should get a CA RAS for the TM 36k, but that's just me
Pkekyo-Nor
It is, but actually not as bad as the older TM G36Cs And no, I'll be bolting the AG36 onto the TM. Will be looking into a CA RAS set for the CA rifle though

Hedganian
How is the recoil effect - come on, really?
aznriptide859
Question for Pkekyo-Nor: the bolt release over the trigger doesn't work, does it (i.e, does it use proprietary magazines like the TM M4 EBB did)? Or does it use the older G36 magazines?
Pkekyo-Nor
Hedganian: No idea, have to solder deans connectors to both the rifle and batteries before I can fire it up, and I just haven't had the time to do so yet... aznriptide859: Bog standard TM 50rds lowcaps. [-=O=-]^{Woozie}
I think it uses Old G36 mag, since it's a still a AEG
Bleaumaglite
This is my first G36 replica. I traded away my old M4 for it. Its pretty much accurate to a real steel MG36, other than the KV stock.
Panzergraf
New G36KA1 build. Now based on the cheap ARES G36K I bought earlier Details here: http://www.airsoftbuilds.com/weapon.php?id=411 Left to do is a proper G36KA1 rail, a G36C stock, maybe a VFC PEQ to replace the Chinese one, and perhaps something to replace some of the remaining ARES internal parts, like the slowpoke-motor. Black Stena
What's with the white duck tape? It' looks silly IMO. Edited December 31, 2009 by Black Stena
Scharf
silly to you maybe but it surves its purpose nicely - to camouflage the gun in snow enviroment advantage is that its quite fast to put on/off and its cheap Edited December 31, 2009 by Scharf
billytehbob
Unboxed my TM G36K after work yesterday Is the scope really as good as they make it out to be?
Pkekyo-Nor
It's surprisingly clear, and the eye relief is not as bad as most others I've tried by far. I think it just might even be better than my beloved CA carryhandle scope
Panzergraf
What's with the white duck tape? It' looks silly IMO. As Sharf said; it's simply snow camouflage. It's a very common thing to to in the Norwegian Army during the winter months. I'm not sure if it's common in the Bundeswehr (that's what I base my kit on), but it works, so why not?
