Would it be a possibility to have a stickied thread that can be seen in all the retailer sub forums with information, or even just links to, things like the Distance Selling Regulations for things like Home Shopping, A Business Guide To Distance Selling ect so that buyers and sellers know exactly what they can and cannot do ect?
