MotoSam Posted March 10, 2008 Report Share Posted March 10, 2008 My fault really as I am not used to their checkout system, but I made an order and accidentally paid twice for it via paypal. Is there a quick way I can contact them to get the extra payment refunded? As in does anyone here know them or do the have a presence on this forum? mattmanic Posted March 10, 2008 Report Share Posted March 10, 2008 I did almost the same thing, I went through the paypal checkout because the normal one wasn't working and for some reason it put me down for two orders although it only paid for one. I think they need to revise their checkout system and the shopping cart is quite anoying too if you don't have acsess to a browser with tabs. Link to post Share on other sites

Because they can't assume that you didn't want to make two very similar transfers in a short time scale. Don't worry though.
