but I dont know how skirmishable this is going to be; I mean, some people dont use even handguns because of the cooldown problems, how is a full-auto gun gonna work as a main weapon?

I one for one welcome the cool down effect. It'd make it more realistic so people do fire in controlled bursts instead of just depressing the trigger for awhile.

FarEast's thread was locked because the images are of the prototype Tanio Koba C8. So either FarEast is pulling our legs, or his source is pulling his leg, or someone was just lazy with the photos.

Or..... Tanio Koba stole the pics of a clone![/sarcasm]

The Badgers sad now, he wanted a $100 GBB rifle....

Sorry about this guys,

Its what happens when you don't double check on your sources. Yes those are images taken directly from TK and no there is no clone of the WA.

I MSN'd the contact in China and he also checked on the source both of which confirmed that its not the WA that is on the books but something else and those images were taken directly from the TK pages linked in the original...

Again appoligise for the hype..... totally the fault is on my head for not double checking with the source.

Does the SP feel better than this? If not, I wonder how long it will take someone to mod the thing to take HPA.

Why would you want to connect an external hose to the magazine? And if you're fine with external air, there's already plenty of gas rifles to choose from. The Sun Project M16A1 Carbine and Escort MP5 even use AEG magazines.

As an owner of the Sun Project and having briefly shot the Western Arms on green gas as well as HFC134a, I would say that the felt recoil is similar.

Looks like RedWolf has it back in stock as well.

Damn...

it surely is back in stock at RWAS. Must.. resist... urge... to .... buy.... AAAArghhh!!! I can't stand it. I know me is stupid for wanting this beauty for I have 2 M4s already and going down the WA path means shelling out lots of cash for mags and gas. Also I predict I'll be in the need of a cosmetic surgery to remove the permanent grin from my face (or I'll be Joker in the next Batman movie) should I get it.

Thanks god they require to pay via wire for guns. If they accepted credit cards my credit card company would have been really happy.

*sigh*

Maybe next month when I get my moneih back from the government.

Hi,

We have indeed re-stocked the Western Arms M4 CQBR. To meet the demands of our customers, we have acquired a shed-load more of the WA M4 CQBR guns. It's in stock now and ready to ship!

Oh, and did I mention that it's a mighty fine gun?

Cheers,

Redwolf

I love how people in the WA M4 thread were joking about a Chinese clone of it.

GUESS WHAT BITCHES

Oh lol...

Well I for one am canceling my WA order. The prospect of spending less for something that probably will be comparable is just too much to shrug at.

Oh god...

I hope some of the happy new owners will post an extensive review as soon as possible. I'm really interested to hear about it's accuracy and performance in outdoor skirmishes and especially it's upgrade potential (longer inner/outer barrels).
