Skintband Posted May 22, 2008 Report Share Posted May 22, 2008 I just purchased a new TM AK74MN and at 300 fps it just isnt going to cut it I need to upgrade the spring more than likely to an sp110 and install a bearing spring guide, as well as a promethus tight bore. I was wondering if someone could provide me with a guide on how to break down the gun and get into the gearbox. I have done version 2 gearbox work before and feel pretty comfortable in doing so. I just dont want to jump out into the dark without at least some instruction. Also in closing is the 74MN a proprietary spring or would a guarder or another brand be just fine to install.
