Puding Posted June 21, 2008 Report Share Posted June 21, 2008 Boomarms Communication I know that boomarms are normally very slow to reply, but of late they are not replying at all, anyone know if there having problems or the shop has closed or any other means of communication with them. Once he cleared out his spam folder and found them I was able to get thru to him and have him respond within the next day. I know a few of the regulars on this forum think they're great but I have never had any joy in placing an order with them. I've tried emailing them everyday after my order was placed with promising to pay immediately but it has always fallen on deaf ears.
