it looks like part RMW/Inokatsu and part TM/Clone AK47. the wood is Inokatsu as is the fire selector, the receiver looks like a RMW TM compatable receiver and the easy way to check is to remove the magazine and look inside the receiver. if there is two screws then its the compatable receiver. Top cover could be anything and the flash hider is from the Inokatsu wood kit. rear sight block is TM/Clone as it the front sight. The gas tube is TM/clone as well. fake bolt is RMW/Inokatsu as is the pistol grip. The front lower handguard retainer is a plastic TM/Clone one as well. Looking more closely it looks like the TM/Clone parts are actually clone parts as the black paint used is different to a TM AK47. you can notice how dark it is on the rear sight and gas tube release lever.

this isn't 100% but if you check the hop and it's white with black screws in it the doner clone AK was a CYMA.

you didn't buy a Inokatsu mate it looks like someone lied to you.

Just had a quick check of your photos and the top cover is RMW/Inokatsu

Yeah, that receiver is clearly an Inokatsu TM steel kit and furniture with the TM/Clone plastic rear front end/pot metal bits. I would recommend that you simply slap a G&P metal front end, I really recommend that you also get yourself a G&P alumni barrel, handles screws better than the crappy pot metal barrel and is thicker too, so more threading for your screws. If you feel it necessary, look up some nice 1000m rear sight and the AKM gas tube, lower hand guard retainer, gas block, gas tube, front sight, slant muzzle brake for complete win. As mentioned you should easily be able to source these parts from Ting at RMW or buy some RS bits and custom install it yourself.

I'm sure it's a Inokatsu TM steel kit, I had one too.

Here's the kit on my TM along with the alumni barrel (Deep Fire), and G&P metal front end. (Excuse the rail, this was years ago before I started thinking purely progressive thoughts)

If you want, I can provide you with more pictures of those parts for reference.

First AK i have ever owned(airsoft that is)

Inokatsu AKM(well kinda still dont know why its missing some things)

I knew I've seen that AK before. Let me guess you live in California or you bought it from someone from California. Airsoftextreme.com was selling those guns in the past. They are indeed Inokatsu Marui conversion kits. So the rest of the parts are from Marui AK's. The guy you bought it from isn't lying that it is an Inokatsu, just not all the parts are.

By the way, they come with the correct flash hiders when you order them, the orange is just a plastic flash hider for legal purposes.

My problem is that the sling hook doesn't fit through my sling loop. At first I cursed cyma for making the sling loop too small, but its the same on my Ino, and I don't think that is a coincidence. Trying to fit in on a akm and a aims by the way.

Is the problem that you cannot get the hook through this?

If this is the case you have to pull the hook through at an angle like this:

and then it should go through with no problems like this:

The rest of these pics might be of use too (I took them in a hurry to illustrate what to do so forgive the crappy quality)

Hope that solves your problem!

dah. but they dont sell directly, DS do damn good prices.

I set up an account with DS and tried placing an order for the AK-47 wood kit you pointed me to but their ordering system seems a little odd and I'm not sure how it works. Is it just like with shops like UNCompany or DEN where you place an order and then wait to hear back in email form with the full quote including shipping cost and payment instructions?

There was nothing on their website that gave clear ordering/payment instructions as far as I could tell

Hell yeah, AKF:

I think this would do nicely:

https://www.apexgunparts.com/product_info.p...d63dslnlk09u3h7

you could use the detent and spring from the TM FSB me thinks. You'll just have to really hammer out the pins from the gas block. I'd also cut up the threaing from the TM FSB and find a way to instert it onto the AKM FSB.

Then the lower hand guard retainer:

You could also go a head and use a correct AKM style gas tube, I've got two spares if your interested. I'm pretty sure you can do some custom work and get a rear sight block to fit on there too.

Kalash Aks74u. I like it alot even if handguards are plastic and i allready broke my stock. I modded handguards abit as you can see from the pic. I did those cooling holes (or what ever they are) and give them some gentle touch ;)

Stock broke from that little sear that holds the stock when folded, but i fixed it with aluminium plate and screw. Now it is better than new, no wobble.
