Hi-capa 4.3 outer barrel and SD comps

Well I just got a hold of a Shooters Design X comp which as far as a can find so far will just attach to the SD comp attachment outer barrels. Unfortunately they only make these barrels in 5.1 length and I plan on running this setup in my 4.3 SVI. Maybe there is a way to custom fit it to a 4.3 barrel. I dont know how I feel about using a 5.1 outer in my 4.3 with the comp extended a little from the slide or I guess I could just get an SD 5.1 Infinity ldc slide.

Should be easiest (but by no means easy) to make a female thread to a 4.3 outer barrel and screw the SD compensator into that. Centering the inner barrel will be one thing to mind after that, but should be possible if you accomplished the first step.
