Precision Airsoft Stole my Money, Community Help!?

I ordered a Brand NEW* Madbull Kit from Precision Airsoft, Called to Verify Item Stock, " Yea Man, We Got It!"

 

Week Later a Used beat up Madbull Sniper Kit arrived.... Called back and spoke to Johnny and Tim.

 

"It's JAC's Fault, We Don't Have it, Sorry. Send it back, We will refund your shipping" Still No Refund.

 

Once Part is Returned Chris Refuses my Shipping refund. "We Don't Do That."

Then accuses me of Condition Item was originally Sent!! 1yr worth Barrel Grit in a day!?

 

Item was Return Shipped within 24hrs of Receiving, Sent Priority.

 

Arnie-A, Should I be Paying Return Shipping?

Call back, request to talk to Tim. If Tim isn't working, leave a message for Tim to get back to you, or ask when Tim is working next so you can call back when he is working. If they refuse, request to talk to the manager/owner. Explain situation to manager/owner.
