KWP
{...} I was also thinking of getting a SERPA for it, but the M9 has a rail on it, so would I be able to use a SERPA if I bought it? I remember someone saying that railed M9s don't fit in SERPAs. Thanks. No rail for the M9. Glock yes.
Squeezee
Well that is true. I was looking at the TSD/KJW GBB, but that is $70, and mags are $30. That's a little out of my price range. Unless I can find some used or cheaper. I guess I should just save my cash and get the GBB down the road. Unless my paarents help, but I can't expect them to pay for much more.
masakarijoe
so, Marine loadouts... you sure are good at leading us off track... im not trying to be a ###### squeezee, but it really doesnt matter what we suggest anyhow. you do what you want to do. weve told you a hundred times to save up for the better stuff, and avoid the POINTLESS stuff. you dont need a pistol to play airsoft. instead, you could finish your OTV, or rifle. but do what you want to do, its your decision -Joe
Mr Foxhound
Would wouldnt reccommend the KJW m9. I own one and it blows.

I think it's a KWA M9, it has a plastic slide. Will sell it for 60 with magazine. PM me for any questions.

colonel_kipper
Cheers guys Joe, as you said, it's a belt (Diamondback Tactical I think). My goggle covers were from the War and Peace show, I snapped them up when I saw them. The make's Eagle. I think that you can get them from Triad Tactical though. As for the sling, I made it at home because I didn't like any of the designs of the 1 pt slings I tried. I'm sure there are much better systems than mine, it's a bodge job I guess! Cheers

Matt0311
Looks good Aeros, a MARPAT helmet cover would top it off... What would you guys recommend for an M16, a 1-point or 3-point sling. I'm looking to get a Specter, but any other suggestions is welcomed. Thanks, Matt
masakarijoe
well, i got a specter 1 point slng with m16 fullstock adapter for sale. i also have a 3 point specter SAW SOP sling, whach can be used on an M16 3 points sometimes snag on gear and 1 points dont allow you to sling the rifle on your back since you are using this for airsoft, wich is constant action, a 1 point would probably be best pm me for details, if interested in mine... -Joe

McArthur
Been watching an episode if Generation Kill - I see a lot of the guys there seem to be wearing some kind of woodland jacket thing which has a hood on it. I am correct in assuming these are the issue MOPP suits? (Smaller, Woodland ones, not the huge black things which make you look like a blueberry) EDIT: Okay, this is kinda off-topic, but in one of the GK scenes, two marines are walking over a field scrounging some bits and pieces out of MRE's, and one of them stumbles over a "Charm Dump" with all these multi-coloured little things on the ground in packets which say "Charms". Can anybody elaborate as to what they are? If it's not appropriate for these forums - a PM would be appreciated Cheers, Tom
