I'm getting that US CustomPatches company to do ours as well, it simply worked out as the cheapest based on the minimum orders I'd have to make elsewhere. I'm getting two of each of those done for 6 team members, velcro backing and different names on each of the skull badges for about £160, so about £26 cost to each of us, £6.50 per patch.
