deepsix
DON'T fill your AS shells with CO2, I filled two and the second one exploded, I am VERY glad I had safety specs on. JESUS you're very lucky. people! Co2 is over 800 PSI unregulated!!!!!! propane is less than 200. Not something to joke with! Edited April 10, 2008 by deepsix
my_plague_666
maybe you should inform redwolf/clarance. the site states that the shells are CO2 safe IIRC
charlieboy69
i havent posted this yet...but this was the one of the ONLY 3 guns evil hippy wasnt going to sell out of his 114.... WA SHAN sawn w/14 shells. 8mm version i love it. it shoots sooo well, 40+ metres with 5 8mm bbs. problem is, you turn your back on a shell for 1 minute, and its leaking its very nice though and always turns heads. and my new one, M870 maruzen. This thing is very complitcated and jams all the time. loads of fun though Edited April 11, 2008 by charlieboy69

rhino
that would look great wth a Dessie loadout. If i do get another 870, that's similar to what i'd like to do. Top job!
Victory
Hey, I'm having trouble finding the tool used to gass-up Tanaka shells...so if you don't mind, I'm going to make this nice and big, so it's easy for people to see: If anyone here owns at least 2 Tanaka shotguns, please, let me buy one of your shotshell tools! Please? My Elfin Knights pistol and brand spankin' new shells I bought are useless until I obtain one... -Vic Edited April 13, 2008 by Victory
dannyboy
You can make one. Piece of plastic pipe with a diameter that will fit where it needs to on the shell, cut notches out, job done. Do have a pic of the one I had somewhere, but iirc it's not a great pic. amateurstuntman
I did the same thing with copper plumbing pipe. The other thing you can do (since you only have a couple of shells) is to pull the shell apart and pull the inside part out, you can then prevent it from firing by putting it on the edge of a table while you fill it. Victory
Cheers guys. I wanted to make one, but I had no idea what to make it out of. Why pipe didn't cross my mind...no idea. Thanks! -Vic
slayer32390
Hey Vic, where did you get that Elfin Knights pistol, the only place I can find it is redwolf and its out of stock Also which shells does it use, the ones for the trench gun or the M870? Thanks!
dannyboy
Going off the colour, I'd guess the trench gun
Victory
My 870 shells work in it...well, they fit and everything. I have yet to actually shoot it. And Redwolf is the only place that I know of that sells Elfin Knights products. It might be awhile before they're restocked, as they're made in small batches. Just keep your eyes peeled. -Vic Edited April 14, 2008 by Victory
slayer32390
Ah I see...Let me know if those 870 shells work as I already have a Tanaka M870 and I wouldn't need to buy the shells for it. Thanks for the info.
Victory
I hope they work with it. O_o -Vic Edited April 14, 2008 by Victory
azngoonie313
Maybe I'll add a heat shield?
MODDAN
Nice Mossberg azngoonie313, but is it a Marushin or ACM? Also a heatshield might be required depending on what you're going to use it for. Although I can recommend a folding stock, either the G&P one or a real-steel ATI top folding stock, so it fits in a scabbard.
azngoonie313
Thanks its marushin, I was thinking about the heat shield and the ATI top folding stock Edited April 16, 2008 by azngoonie313
