thepurser
Very nice Sniperman. I'm tempted to copy you there. Was considering an all OD scheme but that's really cool. What colours did you use?
Sniperman15
Khaki was the base coat then striped it with olive drab. I then dusted it with krylon brown to darken everything. The khaki and olive colors were not krylon but another camo paint whose manufacture I cant remember right now. But Krylon should give you the same effect. jar|-|ead
You shoulda used a lighter shade of the dark brown.
CapaciousZepher
Yeah the pattern seems to look fairly good, but the colors are off. Â Cheers! Â - CapaciousZepher
Ragnar27
Getting the correct colours is very very difficult
hendrix
thats really good considering whats available with krylon colors, im sure it would be better if you found more precise colors from lines of paint such as Duracoat or KG gunkote but that's a lot of cash.
Ragnar27
Try getting anything like that in the UK, trust me i spent 2 weeks trying to find a better colour and had to settle with krylon od

Miker
Heres my F2000, just got it in this morning! For the base coat I did the swim trunks thing in alternating streaks of Brown and OD, and then (Watched "Shooter" lol) put leaves and sticks and such over top and sprayed over with black and tan. Looks better than the stock paint anyways......
