Can I have a Green Card? Please?

I've got all the gear a man needs, a damn fine suit, waistcoat and tie xDDD -

Posted Images

My kit in its latest forms, though putting all my gear on a chest rig's been exacerbating my bad back so will be returning to a PC.

(Mesh goggles were a borrow as my glasses kept fogging, also not wearing my first line as was too cold for pistol).

Got a line on some Comtacs wired for PRR so will be using those soon instead of shelling out crazy money for an adapter for my sordin's.

I'm quite tall and have had back issues for a few years now, it's not too bad when I'm wearing plate carriers for some reason but having the weight on my front gets my lower back and the bit between my shoulder blades sore.

There is actually a hydro attached to the back but afraid it didn't do much!

I'm going to try investing in a 6094 and CASS from LBT. Works with my USSF kit, but has a built in lumbar support and better weight distribution. As long as I keep stuff on my belt and the sides of the rig, hopefully it'll be ok.

It looks pretty cool as it is.. A few suggestions:

For any Navy-Specops-Impression, I'd go with a Sig as a secondary rather than an M9

For the Devgru...kinda hard to tell, but rumor has it they almost eclusively use 416s these days, at least 416 uppers

Your FAST should be a ballistic model, without then holes in it ;)

thank you for the advices Chevieblazer!

Solid advice there, but the kit is looking very good, certain a decent start for the impressions you're doing.

You could pull off a Glock aswell, also one of the First Spear helmet cover would cover the Ops Core hiding the holes and be in keeping with the USSF look.

Also police up that comms downlead on your back! Looks perfect from snagging on something lol ;)

indeed, Scuffer. After I've seen the photos I realized that.

The cover is a good advice to cover the holes, thank you.

btw these two advices are the best I've received in a while. Thank you guys, I've learned a lot from them!

Also I wonder if for DEVGRU impression is enough to go with MJK 6094 LBT or MJK H-Harness, coz I don't really want to invest right now in a AOR1 vest/plate/rig. What do you think? It could work? I've seen some pics of possible DEVRGU whearing MJK, but not sure.

cheers,

Sorin

What do you mean by "what is it good for"?

Do you mean in term of efficiency as a camo pattern? ND was developed during the first Gulf War to deceive the enemies NV devices in the desert. The ND was supposed to conceal the carrier more efficiently. It wasn't very effective.

Do you mean in term of gear for reenactment? It has been seen a few times on CIA operators in various places and at various times (Astan, Irak, etc...)

And I like the look of it.
