PureSilver
Lol I'm not holding my breath for the fets !!! I've already emailed about being a dealer a week ago and shock !!! I've been ignored. Not exactly a good start is it. Especially since I would be ordering 100 - 200 units. That's not chump change and he can't manage a reply or eta. Looks like if they do come out you'll have to source from the states. They already have a UK distributor - that's your problem, I think.
Lancaster
I have a problem with my SOCOM - after changing internal parts with Magic Box full tune up set the piston stucks on its way back when starting stooting. Like the gears cannot move it all the way with a coulpe of gear spikes stil on piston teeth The worst thing is because of need to unscrew the stock tube I've almost destroyed the threads on the tube and on the lower reciever Has anoyne faced with the same thing? (I've tried to set the standard internals back but with no success)

Lancaster
It cycles properly when stock tube removed and the spring is compressed by other hand. But as soon as I instal the tube it stucks again. will try with shimming once again, unfortunately I'll have to get another tube and lower reciever soon
KyleKatarn
omfg. I just received my socom again (this time with the stock spring), shot 3 times semi, everything perfect, took the mag out, 1 BB was still in the gun, put the mag back in, shot and after the last shot the boltcatch jammed again, and the nozzle blocks the BB entry in the magwell. Could i break something if would just try to push the catch in and pull the trigger? I dont want to make anything wrong. Edit: Pushed the catch back in, pulled the trigger...and it works *phew* Maruiman gave me a heartattack...again. Edited April 15, 2013 by KyleKatarn
KyleKatarn
Alright, new question: 1. Does the madbull barrel nut of the MK18 RIS II fit? 2. Does the madbull barrel nut of the MK18 RIS II fit I heard both of them are a bit different... Edited April 16, 2013 by KyleKatarn

Richard Y
There is only original gearbox shells, from places like echigoya, firesupport, eagle6 airsoft. Or any places that can source original tm parts.
PureSilver
You guys can get gearbox shells? That's worth knowing; considering I'm changing literally every part in the gearbox, I might as well just sell the original one whole...

Megalomaniac
It's been a while but the CA's recoil was negligible compared to the TM.
Megalomaniac
Yes, you will need to enlarge the hole and remove some material from the tabs, seconds with a dremel. and Yes, you need to take open the gearbox to move the wiring.
weekenny
Just get the ASAP plate meant for the tm recoil.
