Manxmadman
Just read on one of the recoil facebook pages that the Next Gen BTC should be on sale within the next 48 hours or so.
VIPER-GR
If your forward pin fails on your next gen you can make it back alive by using a paperclip bent and trim to fit to the little gap the pin has.... Edited July 26, 2014 by VIPER-GR
arne71
Just read on one of the recoil facebook pages that the Next Gen BTC should be on sale within the next 48 hours or so. More like the next 48 months........
arne71
BTC are now taking orders for the Next gen mosfet. Only one unit per customer.
TheFull9
Well *fruitcage* it.. to hell with the monthly budget... ordered.
SixtyNiner
Same here. Can't really afford it this month but I've been waiting for over a year and who knows when the next batch will be ready?
TheFull9
I was trying to convince myself that now the product is out there, there must surely be a rolling production line setup... right..??? But in the end I decided not to risk it, I got my first ever MOSFET installed a couple of months ago and to be honest I wish I hadn't because now I'm spoiled. YOLO
JCheeseright
This will be my first mosfet too, if it doesn't change my life I'll be disappointed!
Carsten
Yay, just ordered one
SixtyNiner
...and sold out! Hope you got your order in if you wanted one.
Hatchet
I wanted one, for months, but the budget says no. So it's probably as well they've gone and taken the temptation with them. Weirdly, having spent a fortune on getting the gun "just so", I'm now kind of bored and fancy doing something else. I'm going to regret it if I sell it aren't I? sacairsoftsn00py
Do what you gotta do. You could always get another one

blobface
Thought it's 1 per customer. Did you cheat the system so someone somewhere couldn't get one?
point_7
yeah , but its one for me and one for a team mate. but im sure there are more peeps that orderd more then
PureSilver
...Do you also have two Arnie's accounts to go with the two Spectres?
WillSK
Not had a chance to show off my new toy yet. Took a lil while getting funds/parts together but here's my gun as it currently stands Externals: - CQBR Base - Madbull NSR 9" rail - Ares M16 grip (hogue style grip) - Hayley/Inforce WML Light - MBUS replica sights - Marui Sling adaptor Still need an optic, thinking T-1 Internals: - Internally all stock but have a BTC specter on the way! What i'm really trying to decide is do I upgrade the internals along with the specter or leave it stock and if so what components to use. Also I have no idea how i'm gonna have the gun wired when the specter is fitted, what are you guys gonna do? I'm currently using a triggertalk lipo adator. Manxmadman
If you're going with the fet, get rid of all that QD cubbins (fuse, bars, contact points on the stock tube) and just solder two lengths of wire onto the wires on the stock and be done with it. Cool so I don't need to solder a connector to the contact bars? That was my fear coz i think that looks ugly
Richard Y
If you're going with the fet, get rid of all that QD cubbins (fuse, bars, contact points on the stock tube) and just solder two lengths of wire onto the wires on the stock and be done with it. Remember this is a personal choice, users don't have to remove all this, in fact the whole point of me pushing for a BTC fet 4 years ago was that it would make this a more viable option. I have installed a fet with 8.4v bats and got very usable ROF, so on recelled sopmod pack, or 7.4v with lipo converter its going to be more than fine.

Pdubyuh
Will have you tight bored the barrel that would give you a lift in FPS
WillSK
Will have you tight bored the barrel that would give you a lift in FPS Considering it Paul but the question is what barrel, I'm happy to pay that bit more if it def gives me that performance gain and then what bucking/nub to pair it with. Do i then leave the rest of the gun stock? decisions decisions.
Pdubyuh
Very true there's almost too much choice, almost lol Edited August 7, 2014 by Pdubyuh
WillSK
Very true there's almost too much choice, almost lol Coz the othe route is to go with a widebore and just bang an m120 spring or something in there. So confusing to know what REALLY works or not. You run TK twist barrels don't you? or is that just Sam?
