I don't have a camera to hand, so I'll use the image I found on the New Rock site.

What can I say, I used to go to some interesting clubs :) Going to flog these soon (along with another 5 pairs of New Rocks I own), they should get me enough to buy a few mosfets and maybe another G3, lol.

They should because the human body was designed to walk with the ball of your foot, not the heel impacting the ground first. We've "devolved" over time because of the shoes we wear.

 

That is most definatly not the case. The structure of the foot is designed to to move from heel impact then propel through the ball of the foot. In between those the foots tructures moves about from being a "mobile" adaptor to twist a little and become a rigid lever to allow propulsion.

 

 

Other than that those sock shoe things look interesting

I've heard from many fitness sources that the human body has adapted to shoes, hence such things as flat footed shoes for Crossfit, and the above "shoes".

We also adapted from walking around on all fours.

That doesn't necessarily mean it's still a smart thing to do.
