Pkekyo-Nor
No problem. Oh, and NOD(s) is another variant - Night Operation Device(s)
Naveronski
Maybe this has already been asked, but I didn't see it. Does anyone make a "knock-off" or replica of the ACH-ARC kit? I don't need high quality rails for my plastic MICH, but would like the utility they offer. What are my options? Thanks.
ctres94
No problem. Oh, and NOD(s) is another variant - Night Operation Device(s) once again, thanks, what is the difference between NODs and NVGs?
uscmCorps
NOD's are the preferred term nowadays. Also, NODs cover a larger family of devices. Not just "goggles", but also scopes, etc.
ctres94
thanks for the explanation uscmcorps.

Pkekyo-Nor
That thing is a *fruitcage* beast chap, think you've got enough light sources on there? The start of my new PJ lid, pretty satisfied with the paintjob on this one: Unfortunately the tossers sent me a lid drilled for a 3-hole mount when I'm planning to use a boltless NVD setup. Hoping some miliput can fix it up. Will be adding an MS-2000(M) strobe, tan Ops-Core H-Harness, Norotos boltless mounting kit and a repro Norotos Universal Shroud. Doughguy
Nice vlite can get my paws on them.. theyre expensive tho... hence having a question. do they produce enough light to read cards/plans with them at night?
Jolly15
I think the V lite acts more like a glowsite, then as a reading light and such.
Pkekyo-Nor
And my Norwegian lid is finally 100% completed! Clicky for larger pictures.

Guest
How did you attach this? They use IR lightstick with this holder? Edited August 27, 2010 by Guest
Pkekyo-Nor
The Cyalume holders? I just used zip-ties, seemed like the better solution, although tape could probably work as well
Ezek_GrayFox
Recieved my J-arm yesterday sorry for the camera phone quality, will update when its properly finished
GTi
Here are mine. I didn't put these into the US Spec Ops Helmets 'cos mine aren't really impressions nor do I know if Ops-Core are US Spec at the moment (seems limited to certain private & some govt organisations). They're a little plain now until I work out what and how I wanna dress 'em up. :- Where did you get hose face masks? Are you able to use them with something like the ESS goggles? Thank you.
