Because
Although I do like your Tanaka, I doubt this is the right place to post it ? AFAIK that's not a DMR rifle ? Anyhoot, it's beautiful !
bjorn
Actually it depends of the viewpoint. If I remember correctly the UK forces in Afghanistan are using a .308 bolt action as a squad marksman rifle. So I guess it could go? Depends on the doctrine. Also - in airsoft you are usually doing a DM job with a bolt action rifle. Bjorn
Because
I agree, and I'm not saying that it's not accepted, more like the opposite ! Although in Danish MilSim, a DMR rifle is mostly SR25's or M16s that has been modified..
Jolas
the SR25 counts as a DMR? the magazines are just the SR25 to the SR or PMAGS also work in the A & K SR25?
HJA1512
Bit late to reply but that Tokyo Marui EBB based SPR MK12 Mod 0 is awesome. Great job!
Because
the SR25 counts as a DMR? the magazines are just the SR25 to the SR or PMAGS also work in the A & K SR25? AFAIK, the SR25 uses 7.62 caliber magazines, meaning they only take sr25 mags.. BUT, I do know that Magpul does make SR25 Airsoft Pmags, just have to find them
Jolas
unaware of that fact, but the SR25 has a built only for single shot, or have to change?
Because
Not entirely sure what you're trying to say, but if I understood you correctly, then the SR25 is originally created for single shot - in real life, that is. The Airsoft models are made for the same purpose as every other airsoft rifle - puking plastic BB's. When given a higher muzzle velosity, it can be hard on the mech box, therefore most owners choose to use SA fire only. I hope this answered your question? If not, feel free to PM me! Jolas
LOL, some DMR are originaly prepared for single only, others we have to change the internnal parts to only shot in single mode
WhiteHawksan
it has a selector block that prevents full auto fire by blocking the selector moving to FA position. You can get a selector with a cut-out that will go over the FA block.
Jolas
the SR25 already has that "selector block" from origin?
J.J.Simpson
AFAIK, the SR25 uses 7.62 caliber magazines, meaning they only take sr25 mags.. BUT, I do know that Magpul does make SR25 Airsoft Pmags, just have to find them Those pmags are called LR20 comes in different tactical flavors.

Jolas
some DMR's already been prepared of origin only for single shot, for example the PSG-1 of the Tokyo Marui only makes simgle shot there I wonder if the SR25 A & K already has well of origin or have to change the gearbox so that it only make SA. WhiteHawksan
you have to change the selector switch on the A&K.
Jolas
how i do that?
WhiteHawksan
it's jsut a regular AR selector swtich. And in fact, all you need IS a regular AR selector switch.
