renegadecow
The 6" and 10" Performance Center .500 comes with integral rails which would give you an option for optics. You might want to scrap the 4" for that reason.
Moriquende
Yeah, but I'm considering the 4" as second sidearm. Â But those babies will hold their own too.. Â The choices! Edited January 5, 2007 by Moriquende
spiritussancti
I dont understand how spring revolvers work. So the hammer is the one that hits the bb?
snowman
They have a chamber in the grip, like on the shell gas revolvers, it's just spring powered (like the one on a springer automatic style pistol) instead of holding gas. Â That forces air up a pipe to exit into the rear of the shells, which is why they have such pitiful power usually. Â Cheers.

BigAl
What make is that Smython and is the Underlug angled at the front or does it just look that way in the photo?

BoB SoiL
I guess this counts here, Thanks Redwolf!    Still getting used to the digicam so apologies for the not-great pictures
101matt1
What make is that Smython and is the Underlug angled at the front or does it just look that way in the photo? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> HFC .38 revolver. I got it for 40 USD, so I couldn't say no. Â And yes, the underlug does slant up at the front. I found this gun to work WAY better with .12's. .2's go about 10 feet and drop, yet .12 go 50ish feet and then swing off/drop. Â Really good bang for the buck.
Sledge
As long as you're happy, that's the main thing. Â And BoB, I really like those pictures. Got a kind of last-light-of-the-day look that really suits a Resi gun. Â

renegadecow
Is that... twilight chromium on your Umbrella? It looks freakishly like it popped out from the games CG, in a good way.
BoB SoiL
I don't think so, AFAIK it's just regular Nickel Plating The picture was taken in typical British weather conditions though, i.e. overcast!  Still very shiny though
charliecloud
Lots of Interest in Colts, Python. Here's an early gas Maruzen PPC version for those of you that shot RS. spiritussancti
Which revolver shoots green gas? Was it the tanaka .357 pythons?
Sledge
Any Tanaka will handle green gas. Outside of Tanakas, you're on dodgy ground. TMs don't handle it well, apparently. Marushins... some do, some don't. Â

Sledge
It's a Marushin 6mm airsoft gun. Loads one bb in each shell, six shells in the cylinder. Power seems to be about on a par with the cheap TM NBBs, so I'll guesstimate at about 220fps with .2s. Not the best performer in the world, but I've got one Tanaka and another on the way for performance. Â
BoB SoiL
whats the gun like shooting etc, really interested in getting one of these. What was the total cost getting it from Redwolf as well? <{POST_SNAPBACK}>  Well, $279 for the gun, no idea what shipping was as it was part of a larger order, then customs on top, essentially, not cheap  Besides, I had the last one off RW, and I doubt they'll be getting them in again seeing as they're Limited Edition  I'd definitely recommend picking one up if you can get one though, purely for bling factor
