Pkekyo-Nor
(clicky for larger pictures) Pretty satisfied with this personal touch of mine, occupies a single column of PALS webbing, but sits as though it was weaved through with three malice clips:
RC-1138
Very pro looking. I like it alot. About all it needs is to be worn a bit more and broken in a bit and it'll have a very real SF look to it.
Pkekyo-Nor
Well, I'm really not one to ruin a $1700-3500 USD collector's item (RLCS) with fake wear... Whatever wear it gets with my usage is fine, but I'm gonna leave it at that as well. Been using it for about a year or so now.
RC-1138
Well, I'm really not one to ruin a $1700-3500 USD collector's item (RLCS) with fake wear... Whatever wear it gets with my usage is fine, but I'm gonna leave it at that as well. Been using it for about a year or so now. I know the felling. My $1.5k Armour chassis knows the flavor and my GRAW impression cost me an arm and a leg, but I like the way yours came out alot. And if it's stood up to a year of usage already then revamps my personal love of the RLCS and how durable they are.
Pkekyo-Nor
Well, it's not a year of active duty, I'm afraid, but I've used it about four-five times/month for six to fourteen hour stretches. I never paid any particular consideration to the fact that I'm wearing an expensive rig, I just use it as I would any other... It's held up just fine thus far, and I've got a feeling it'll keep on going strong for years to come.
RC-1138
Truth in gear that you do get what you pay for. BOth my Crye Chassis and Eagle CIRAS hold up better than any replica vest I've ever owned. No ripping PALS, no fraying edges, no loose seems, the clean surprisingly easily after a muddy match, and I find them to be much more comfortable. I love plate carriers lul

snipe
Just curious... What are you using the handmic with? I'm a combat radioman with in the US Army so in just curious what youre using it with because if its on the MBITR you would not be happy with that in real life.
Pkekyo-Nor
I reckon you're talking to me, so yes, the H-250/U is on an MBITR.
snipe
yea that was to you sorry. Just curious because i hate those things. They make noises to alert you of an incoming transmission so you darn near have to tape the thing to your head to know if youre getting a call.
Pkekyo-Nor
Well, it's not as though I actually use it, my PRR serves all my comm-needs, so it's purely a cosmetical touch on my part. I could hook it up to the PRR's Dual-PTT downlead or get MSA Ranger Comms to connect it to, but really. I don't want my backpack to be directly attached to my pack, nor my head. snipe
Yea i gotcha, I was just telling you about my personal experience with them. Not sure if youve ever used one or the radios they go with (cant say the names here).
Pkekyo-Nor
I have not. I'll be sticking with my PRR for the foreseeable future, and don't really see the need for anything more

Ajo79
@Fatal: I had a pair of fakeplates in storage I put to use. It wasn't as uncomfortable as I remembered so I will defiantly wear them in the next skirmish. Half bad photo, sorry.
