SPG
Well here she is my first car, 1980 Yellow Mini City 1Lt. Ah, all the best people have Minis, here's mine last summer, she gets used most days, apart from when we have snow or when I want to do a bit of greenlaning, when it's Landie time. Where do you get your spares from? I'm always trying to get hold of stuff, and France isn't the best place for it.
penneyben
Where do you get your spares from? I'm always trying to get hold of stuff, and France isn't the best place for it. Ebay is surprisingly good, you can get some cheap stuff thats in good nick. You would probably have to go on the uk ebay though to get any spares. Other websites i have used and have found to be good are: http://www.minispares.com/ http://www.minispeed.co.uk/classic/ http://www.minisport.com/classic-mini-shop/products.html http://www.moss-europe.co.uk/MossUK/Browse...yID=ClassicMini And finally this is a brillant forum: http://www.minifinity.com Your mini looks like a fine example. It looks very neat, can't see one bit of cosmetic rust. Well Done. Edited January 10, 2006 by penneyben
Marlowe
Remember that Orange crate I posted a photo of in June of last year on this thread? Well Shard did. Which made me realise I really needed to show what car it was I eventually bought: It's no speed demon compared to some of the Yank cars in this thread, but it's certainly a bit easier on the eyes at least. More economical too...

M^tt
Your sierra screams for a 5.0 with a turbo strapped on. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Im thinking of getting either another sierra or a capri and droping in the cosworth tuned 2.9 v6 24v and adding a turbo to that

Admittedly it was a Talbot Lotus Sunbeam but even so.

I dont race it either, although i have been offered many a times Yes you can make me the forums spoiled brat if u want, but I demand + reps for it (Derogatory Title deserves +'s to acount for the loss in self esteem for the derogatory title =) (JK of course) Edited January 19, 2006 by UrPeaceKeeper

sp00n
Hyundai accent built like a tank admittedly very solid car. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> This is a double negitive and an oxymoron combined. Tank and Hyundai never, ever, go in the same sentace. Unless it involves the tank crushing the Hyundai.
